Our door opener broke and we needed fast replacement, especially when I was leaving town for a trip, leaving my wife to handle the issue. We have always used Precision for our garage door issues. They have great customer service, are professional, prompt and do quality work. The same this time with our new garage door opener. My only issue this time is they charged us over $1500 for the motor which you can buy for $400. I know labor is part of that charge but almost 4 times the retail seems excessive especially when the installation did not require any new wiring or main hanging bracket. In addition, for a two car garage they left only one opener faub, which at first they were going to charge us for, but made it right after a phone conversation. This makes us question whether we will consider them first on our future repairs.

The installers were very good but as I take a good look afterwards, I am confident that I overpaid. The components are cheaply made and I seriously doubt they will last long. It doesn't look, perform or act like an $1100 garage door opener and based upon a web search, I have grounds for the doubt.

Chris and Tom address my service call issue as my garage door hing was separating from the chain drive. They told me my old garage motor assembly that I chose to keep when they installed my new hurricane door a few years ago was no longer able to handle the task. They proposed a new motor assembly, offered a fair to lower then expected cost of the new motor and I stalled the new motor within an hour. Simple: they were knowledgeable, honest and competent. They came out within a few hours of calling. The technician was very good at explaining what the problem was. He was able to provide prices and timeframe of repairs. He did complete the repairs and make sure I understood everything that he had done. I would highly recommend this company.

I called precision garage doors at approximately 2 PM Saturday, March 15. I was told that a representative could come out at no charge and give me an estimate to repair my door. I had a very quick response a very pleasant phone call with LUCA the technician That was coming, gave me some information about costs and I told him to proceed to my home. Just as promised, he came diagnosed the problem which was broken. Springs gave me the price which was less than some of the other top companies I had called who by the way wanted Extra money to come on the weekends. LUCA performed the work in a very timely and professional manner, very pleasant and personable young man that I would highly recommend helped me diagnose some other problems with my door. I can’t say enough for Luca and the honesty of him and the company. Take my advice. Give precisiona call before you commit to anybody else. 1000% satisfied.

They installed my door about eight years years ago. It was a great installation. Never had any issues even after hurricane. Today I called because one of my center brackets was broken. To my surprise, they showed up two hours later which is absolutely unheard of replace the brackets cause he had them on the truck with new sensors too, because those sensors were old and completely outdated. Unbelievable that’s what I call service. They checked the system when they were done or good to go. the technician, Chase was spot on
