I had a spring break on my door with my wifes car stuck outside the garage. I called Precision and they sent someone right away. After about 30 minutes John P showed up. He was polite, personable, and professional. He look at the door and then gave me a few options for the repair. He was not pushy in any way and let me pick the one that fit my budget. After I made my choice he went right to work replacing the springs and servicing the door. It took less than an hour and the door works perfect. Thank you John and Precision.

Matt has come twice to do repairs on different areas both times. The first was springs and rollers replacements. He made sure our garage door safety issues were corrected as it was extremely unsafe as it was jerry-rigged by the prior owner using parts not designed or appropriate for the situation. This time he came as our belt snapped. He advised us due to the age of the motor, while he would be happy to replace the belt, it would be putting money into the unit without knowing how much longer the unit might last. He has not been pushy either time providing us with expert knowledge. My wife and I could not be happier or feel more comfortable.
