In today's world of business Precision did two things which impressed me very much. First and foremost they acknowledged my phone call requesting assistance -. On this email they provided me with a complete list of their mechanics and their photographs. Therefore, I could match the mechanic with the photo and being able to know it was a bonfire company employee. Second and very important was they call 30 minutes prior to arriving at our home and went immediately to work. They asked my problem, analyzed it and then repaired it. We have been with this company for years. I travel, I know that should my wife need assistance she will have no problems and will be secure when the repair arrives. The workmanship is professional, satisfactory and the service is priced correctly. I can only say thank you for a job well done.

Rover arrived on expected time and when I described that the door would go up and down but would not stay down, he quickly identified the problem that the motor needed an adjustment to allow more “down” pressure. He made the adjustment and it quickly solved the problem. I appreciate the fast and and accurate repair. Thanks Precision

The motor on the garage door broke, called Precision at noon on a Sunday. Very nice on the call, a technician arrived by 4:00PM and had a new garage door system installed and working by 5:30PM. Great service by Technician, Arnold Simpson. Reasonably priced. Definatively will call them again and highly recommend them to anyone! There are who they advertise themselves to be on TV. 5 Stars!!!! Matt came to give the door and opener a tune up. It wasn't operating properly, such as slamming too hard when it closed, and not opening properly either. Having had Precision replace the springs about 2 years ago, I needed to get things working properly, so as not to damage any other components. Matt ran it a few times and adjusted the limits on the opener, adjusted the springs and lubed everything, while explaining the operations to me. Once he was finished with that, I asked him to show me what he had as a replacement for the rubber seal on the bottom panel. So Matt replaced that as well. Looks and runs great. Thanks Matt.

Shane replaced the broken spring on my garage door today. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and very polite. The spring broke last night at 7:30 pm and Precision was able to schedule me between 12-2 today. Shane had the door fixed and operational in less than an hour! I have used Precision for the past 8 years and have always received great service. I will continue to be a loyal Precision customer!!!!

I feel insanely ripped off! I was quoted $700 dollars to replace springs and bearings, and reprogramming. I was told that the springs were old and needed replacing. Being that it was a Saturday and I needed my garage door operational I moved forward with the work, even if it was overpriced. I had insulation in the garage door which literally weighed 20 lbs but the tech informed me that it would help to remove it. He then charged me an additional $189 dollars to remove it ( which probably took all of 5 minutes) and discounted my springs $189 so the cost stayed the same as quoted. Well..if he could’ve discounted my overcharged springs to begin with $189 I don’t see how removing a little insulation should cost me $189. Just feel overcharged from the start and definitely would never recommend Precision to anyone nor would I use them again. I was recommended Precision by our neighborhood Hoa Facebook page and will definitely be posting my experience there as well. Would suggest you get a quote from another company before continuing with service from Precision.

His attention to all the garage door parts, not just the opener showed a total service commitment. I attempted to close my garage door last night and it kept re-opening when it got near the bottom. I checked to see if something was blocking the door and found nothing was. I pulled the emergency cord and let the door down manually. I was unable to get the door to operate and called to get the door fixed so I could make my appointment. Precision reacted within 30 minutes and found that an adjustment to the motor was the problem and Brian not only corrected the problem but inspected and lubricated the entire door hinges and rollers. Outstanding service covered by the warranty. Thanks Precision!????

The service was excellent all around! Rebecca did a fantastic job going over all of the options with us when she came to provide the quote. As for the install, both Luke and Jose were efficient, professional, and showed attention to detail in their work. They replaced all the lumber that was either worn out or incorrectly installed when the last door was put in many years ago. They also took the time at the end to explain all of the work they did and how to maintain the door and opener going forward. Very satisfied with the end result!
