I had a garage door and belt drive opener installed this month.Rebecca was the estimator,Franklin did the initial install and Ross did some troubleshooting and installed the trim.They were all 5 star ! Customer service,Danielle and (I think her name is)Nicole were extremely pleasant and efficient. Any and all issues were resolved in a timely manner. I would and will use Precision again.

When I called on Friday afternoon for help with my garage door, Brittany was so kind to schedule someone immediately because our door would not open. Jim was at our home within 2 hours and fixed our garage door at an affordable price within 30 minutes. Jim was professional, efficient and kind. After Hurricane Irma passed it was necessary for me to get my car out of the garage, I pulled the lever and I could manually open the door...the problem then was that the door would not stay open and I could not connect the disconnect lever. David Crowe, a service representative came out, adjusted the springs and connected the lever. I was completely satisfied with the service, his professionalism and his ability to explain the problem. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision and David Crowe.
