James arrived promptly and gave an estimate. Unfortunately at biilling time the bill was hundreds of dollars more than the quote. I may be a senior citizen but I can still do math. James claimed there was a problem wirth his tablet that was double billing. I took out my calculator and found my bill with tax should be more than $500.00 less.

I want to commend you for having a great employee, such as Garrett. He came out to check my garage door that didn't seem right. Someone else from Precision used an incorrect tension spring on my garage door. After about 45 minutes of investigation, Garrett came back to my door and said he was going to replace the springs. He was professional. He was honest and hats off to you for employing a fine young guy.

Your technician Doran was excellent. He took his time to explain all of the options and allowed me to choose what I thought was best for me. He did not try to push me into paying for something the I did not need. He was very professional and kind. He even saved my neighbors puppy when it got out of the yard and came over and sat down in Doran's lap. The neighbor was very appreciative that he helped her puppy. As was I.

The spring on our garage door broke in half last night, rendering it useless. I made a call to the company from whom I purchased our doors, ultimately learning that our 4yr old door was out of warranty, by a year. I was to expect a call from the office in the morning as after-hours repairs would have been charged at 2.5time the normal rate and this was not a crisis. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door company, as well, and left a message.The Precision representative returned my call at 7:30AM. After she explained that no competitor could beat their price or level of customer service an appointment was made for today at noon. At the appointed time Josh & Seth arrived. They replaced the broken spring, then replaced the rollers & properly balanced the door. Other than the spring, the rest was a welcome surprise! They thoroughly tested the door's operation. It's now smooth & quiet. A couple years ago I had asked the installation company's technician if the door could be made to operate with less noise. He told me no! Without being asked Josh & Seth did just that in about 10 minutes! I'm happy to recommend Precision Overhead Door and, particularly Michele F., Josh & Seth to anyone. Thank YOU, Jim Rapp, for empowering your team members to do great work.

Precision had previously installed new spring rollers for our garage door. Recently the door would drop a foot down upon opening. The technician came and let us know that the motor would need to be replaced soon. He was able to adjust the motor so that we did not have to buy one just yet. He was informative and courteous. We know that in a few months we will need a motor and we know where to go...Precision. Thank you.

I found out the torsion spring was broken at 10 am and Jordan was out by 4 pm (same day, on a saturday). He wore a mask and social distanced, which was great. He was up front with options, pricing and provided an honest recommendation. From a little research on the web, it appeared that they are a little on the high end for pricing, but they originally installed the garage door and I wanted to stay with the same outfit. The work took roughly 30 min and he provided some maintenance tips. I highly recommend.
