I called today in sort of a panic because my garage door wouldn't open. I was greeted by the receptionist and booked a tech to come out that afternoon. Ben showed up quickly and was very professional and ccourteous to my family an me. He did a fantastic job and had the door fixed in no time! Ben is a great technician and an asset to Precision. Young man Ryan showed up and was unsure how to repair the garage door opener. It only would open from inside the garage and limited areas outside. I was unable to purchase a new system and asked him to reach out to a more experienced tech which he did. He was able to fix. Upon doing so I left my car window open to my brand new vehicle and he was kind enough to get out in the rain to put towels over the open window to limit the water getting in.
