Technician Michael (Mick) installed a rudder under overhead garage door to keep water from leaking into garage when door is closed. Mick is a most pleasant individual, and was clear and thorough with instructions for me to follow for 24 hours after installation. ...........There's no option below to check for the product I purchased. And for service performed, I chose "door repair" which also doesn't describe very well what the job entailed. I first learned of Precision on TV and had them help with another task some time ago, so I felt comfortable calling again to take on this task. Yes, I will call again if and when need be. Thank you!

The tech did show up an hour early at my rental unit but fortunately the tenant was home and was able to have the service completed. I spoke to Brian by phone and he was very courteous and helpful in resolving the issue. I have used Precision for over 15 years and I am never disappointed!

Great customer service! Noah provided multiple options to fix my broken spring issue on my 16 year old garage door. He replaced both springs, bearings and rail rollers. The door opens and closes so quietly, it's perfect. He was professional, friendly and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this company.

These people will try to sell you something you don’t need, which is a pretty crooked thing to do especially during this pandemic. Technician did not fix my garage door opener which was “knocked out” by lightning. Tried to sell me a new one when all he really had to do, I finally found out, was reset the one I have by unplugging it and then plugging it back in, which I did. Voila! It now works fine! Stay away!

We've seen numerous Precision advertisements on TV, so we checked out services and reviews on the web. We certainly made the right decision to contact your company. We thought the opener needed repair, but it ended up making more sense to replace. Timothy Vaughn was extremely professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the products available and what we needed for our door to operate perfectly. Very Happy with my new Garage Door set-up. Keng B. was very courteous and helpful. I was working while the service call took place and Keng kept me updated with pictures and explanations of the damage to my current system. He gave me some options without pressuring me. I felt like I made a good choice and was grateful. I would highly recommend Keng because of his technical knowledge and his customer service skills. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service - the same day service (as advertised ) was so convenient considering I had family visiting when the garage door stopped working. I mainly chose Precision after watching a You tube video as to lubrication and maintenance of garage door..and great reviews on social media. Chris Carelas was the service technician; arrived right on schedule. Very congenial individual and does know His stuff. Very knowledgeable technician. Reprogrammed door opener and at His very knowledgeable counseling I did chose to change out the roller bearings ...which made a big, huge difference as to functionality. Garage Door needed that ..it is close to 20 years old..No pressure just valuable Garage Door Maintenance Tip and I thanked Him for the advice.
