Precision Tech Robert Trotter installed a new PDS-800 w/7' Chain Drive. Tech Trotter was knowledgeable and professional and recommended a new system PDS-800) as the old Craftsman Opener 5hp sprocket was not repairable. Tech Trotter did a nice job.

My garage door was broken and I called precision. In less than an hour my bill was $930. And my door fixed. Maybe $75 was parts. I was told he would be here for at least 2 hours. He wasn’t. I was overcharged for a basic repair. He even said he had to work hard to fix it. Always get a few bids. I didn’t. This bid was written by hand on blank paper. ???????? Also no invoice or receipt after?

Within 25 minutes I was sold on the quality of the company and the product. She asked when I would like the replacement door installed, kidding, I asked, how about tomorrow, She made a call to the office and they said OK and gave me a time frame when the installer would arrive today. A great installer arrived on time, made some measurements and had my new door installed in less than 4 hours. My son also has used Precision for several replacements.
