I purchased a deal from Angie's list for replacing the bottom garage door seal. I honestly didn't know it needed to be replaced until I read the deal. Mine was 22 years old. The technician arrived exactly at the time scheduled, did a quality job in a reasonable amount of time, and explained what maintenance should be done in the future. I got a good education about my garage door opener that I was lacking. Great service. I will use Precision for future maintenance and repairs.

Ryan was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. Precision has been coming here over the years. I had a 20 year old garage door opener that had run it's course and Precision replace it with a Linear belt driven 1/2 HP that is extremely quiet compared to my old one. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate Precision a 4, ONLY because I ALWAYS leave room for improvement.
