I needed a new spring replaced on my garage door. Precision was professional and courteous on the phone, arrived within time window provided, and even cost me considerable less money then another local company had estimated the repair for. Matt was a knowledgable technician and he worked with my needs for calling me to keep the dogs from barking and waking a sleeping child! Something I thoroughly appreciated! I would use Precision in the future and pass their name on to my friends, neighbors and family. Thanks!

Thanks Precision! Your technician Keith Allen was very professional. He completed the repair and answered several questions I had regarding the garage door. Keith had one of the new tension springs break and luckily he received only a bruise and a scratch to is elbow. I thought about doing the repair myself and read the horror stories on the internet about injuries to people doing the repair themselves. I have to say, I am glad I didn't do the repair myself and called Precision. Thanks again for a job well done! Paul
