I called to made an appointment to discuss my garage doors. Matt met me at the agreed upon time gave me several options to repair the main door, priced out the options I selected, and completed the work, almost a complete makeover, that day. The door's mechanics, almost 20 years old, were replaced as needed (including spring, rollers, a new belt drive and motor, remotes and keypad) and when finished, everything worked great and the door was very quiet. Precision replaced the rollers several years ago. When the motor stopped working this morning I called. Two hours later Dallas came replaced the motor & all the other equipment needed to bring us up to date. There isn't enough room here for me to tell you how happy I am with Precision. Not only that they didn't bog us down with a steep price. PRECISION is #1 in my book.

Service guy was fast, polite, and professional. Pricing was absurd, ~$100 worth of parts from any retail store and about an hour of labor to change a spring and they billed me $900. If we werent in a rush, we would have gone with another vendor. It costs $850 for a new door installed with parts, why does replacing a few parts cost the same? I left them a message on this and no response.
