I've been a customer for many years. Precision Doors' products and services are outstanding. Recently, our keypad stopped working. Their response was quick. Corey came out, installed a new keypad, and was gone in less than 30 minutes. I'm very satisfied, and highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

My garage door was opening on its own---very unnerving. Even though it was a holiday, someone answered my call and Robert came to my home within a short amount of time. Robert was friendly and thorough. He checked out the entire system and gave me several options as to how to fix the issue. His explanations of each was concise and complete. Robert reprogrammed the remotes and double checked to make sure they were working properly. The problem appears to be corrected and I am very grateful that the repair was done so quickly. Thank you, Precision and Robert! I did purchase the electronic board for the opener but that is not one of the listed options.

Melanie Beaudin came out to provide a quote did a great job. She was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the product. We were impressed with the company van and the display rack that slid out of the back showing us physical replicas and options. The installation team was courteous and worked efficiently to remove the old doors and rails along with the new installs. Both doors look great. They operate smoothly and have a tight fit. The inspection was a breeze, no issues or questions. We are very happy with our new doors.

I called Precision Garage Doors after receiving an initial estimate to replace a broken door Spring. The technician was very thorough and honest that the wheel bearings might need to be replaced as well and he would know once he removed the springs. While his estimate was higher than the original company that came out, he spoke with his manager to obtain more competitive pricing. There was some metal deposit indicative of wear so I had him replace the bearings as well. Very professional and respectful of the customers needs. Garage door is working perfectly now!

He completed a thorough inspection and showed me the wear and tear on the bearings and explained the potential for future issues. We discovered a broken spring around 2:30 in the afternoon - could not open the garage door! Jeremy was at our house by about 4:15. He quickly assessed the situation and gave us 3 options for repair work. We decided to go with the highest option because we hadn't had work done for quite a while. Jeremy efficiently did the work and everything was working well by 5:30. The next day we found our receipt from almost 7 years earlier and discovered that some of the items replaced were still under a 7 year warranty. We called the office - they immediately looked into it - called us back, apologized for the oversite and issued a refund for everything that was under warranty. We were very satisfied with the work and the service. Thank you.

The horizontal torsion spring broke around 2pm and Precision was able to come around 4:30pm to repair it. Luke Rose, the technician, is probably the nicest and friendliest person I have ever met.
