Due to our experience with Precision, you were our first and only call. The experience this time around was just as pleasant, just as informative and just as expedient as we expected. We contacted you via the website in the morning and you were here in the afternoon. You just can't beat that.

I’ve used them since 2021. I purchased a Genie Professional garage door opener with Aladdin connect and door keypad. I just had my service done and everything was taken care of quickly. A technician could come an hour before service time and he was done in less than an hour for the maintenance… thankfully no charge since I have a lifetime warranty. Stefan Harris was excellent and very professional. Thanks for great service.

We called for service on our door and booked an afternoon appointment. We received a call shortly after calling offering to come earlier which was great! Carlos diagnosed the issues, provided us options and did a significant amount of work in a short time. He did a great job, explained everything thoroughly to us, and was a pleasure to work with. We’ve used Precision multiple times and will continue to do so! Thank you Carlos.

Don't waste your time going to someone else. These guys are always SO responsive, professional and best of all "happy". Never grumpy! These days everyone is so grumpy that its nice to have to deal with happy people. Precision has serviced my last 2 homes, my moms home and my brother. I keep passing their number along because you will have great service faster than anyone else and best of all they always do an outstanding job!

I spent over $1300 in December to replace and update the garage door. That has worked good and I was pleased. Now I just spent over $600 to oil the wheels. This just took about one hour and the cost was very excessive. You should return about $500 to me!

They lived up to their reputation on a recent house call. I am glad I chose them for my new garage doors a few years back even though I had lower price bids.

Grant Zinzi was punctual, courteous & kept me informed on each step of my new Genie#3120 Garage Door Opener Installation on 8/28/2023. In 2018 we had Precision install a hurricane rated garage door but it was connected to our old Craftsman Opener. We definitely needed this new one now!! A+++ experience!!!

Our experience with Robert and Precision Overhead Garage Door was, simply stated, outstanding! Robert was both professionaly skillful, and courteous, while solving our garage door problem--and, in ultimately providing a comprehensive solution that gave us a garage-door system that now operates substantially better than when it was new and quieter than I could have imagined. Thank you! (highly recommend)

My garage door was opening on its own---very unnerving. Even though it was a holiday, someone answered my call and Robert came to my home within a short amount of time. Robert was friendly and thorough. He checked out the entire system and gave me several options as to how to fix the issue. His explanations of each was concise and complete. Robert reprogrammed the remotes and double checked to make sure they were working properly. The problem appears to be corrected and I am very grateful that the repair was done so quickly. Thank you, Precision and Robert! I did purchase the electronic board for the opener but that is not one of the listed options.

Melanie Beaudin came out to provide a quote did a great job. She was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the product. We were impressed with the company van and the display rack that slid out of the back showing us physical replicas and options. The installation team was courteous and worked efficiently to remove the old doors and rails along with the new installs. Both doors look great. They operate smoothly and have a tight fit. The inspection was a breeze, no issues or questions. We are very happy with our new doors.
