Company called to state tech could arrive earlier than scheduled time if convenient for me, which it was. Tech then called 10 min before arriving so I could expect him. Blake Bailey serviced our garage door. The response was inconsistent when pushing the button on the wall console and the movement was full of squeaks when the door did respond. Blake did a general service, lubricated all joints, springs and rails, cleaned the wires in the wall console and checked all connections in the motor. Pleased to say the garage door does open when the button is pushed. Blake is congenial, thorough and leaves us with the sense that Precision has meet all our needs. Thank you. D. Moore

I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone within there boundaries!From the phone call to the service was as smooth & professional as it gets,& same day service too! Doug was the tech who came to our home to repair our garage door(cables,pulleys,rollers,etc.) & he was as professional,courteous,& prompt as anyone would want & his workmanship was excellent.If I had one thing to comment on that was not expected was the $20 Fuel/energy surcharge. but that was my fault for not looking closer due to the outstanding customer performance.Overall Great Job Precision!
