Our garage door spring broke around 8:30 pm. We called the local number and much to our surprise, they not only answered, but were able to schedule a technician for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was able make repairs and suggestions to improve our door's function. He was courteous and professional.

My garage door unexpectedly broke and i called for a repair, expiring it to be days or weeks of delays. I was surprised to have been able to get a service appointment the same day at a very convenient time. Nelson came out, on time and was able to asses the problem and repair it very quickly. Isak, our Garage Door Repair Technician was awesome. He even called to let me know what time he would be arriving. He was friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He explained to me what needed to be fixed and prepared a quote. He completed the work the same day. He even managed to work around all the items we have stored in our garage. My technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. Before he got started making the repair, he assessed the problem with my door opening mechanism and then outlined the repair for my approval. He answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. I would greatly recommend Precision Overhead for this type of repair.

Our door opener broke and we needed fast replacement, especially when I was leaving town for a trip, leaving my wife to handle the issue. We have always used Precision for our garage door issues. They have great customer service, are professional, prompt and do quality work. The same this time with our new garage door opener. My only issue this time is they charged us over $1500 for the motor which you can buy for $400. I know labor is part of that charge but almost 4 times the retail seems excessive especially when the installation did not require any new wiring or main hanging bracket. In addition, for a two car garage they left only one opener faub, which at first they were going to charge us for, but made it right after a phone conversation. This makes us question whether we will consider them first on our future repairs.

The installers were very good but as I take a good look afterwards, I am confident that I overpaid. The components are cheaply made and I seriously doubt they will last long. It doesn't look, perform or act like an $1100 garage door opener and based upon a web search, I have grounds for the doubt.

Chris and Tom address my service call issue as my garage door hing was separating from the chain drive. They told me my old garage motor assembly that I chose to keep when they installed my new hurricane door a few years ago was no longer able to handle the task. They proposed a new motor assembly, offered a fair to lower then expected cost of the new motor and I stalled the new motor within an hour. Simple: they were knowledgeable, honest and competent. Danielle is very nice (even at 7am!!) and makes the appointments around our schedule. The techs are always pleasant and professional. Our issue was resolved in a timely manner!
