Awesome Experience! The wife and I needed to update the look of our house. Our garage door was an obvious choice, it was old, and unappealing. We got a few quotes, and Precision was the clear winner. The price was very competitive, the product was superior to the other companies, and the people were just great. Julie, the sales rep. came over took measurements, then showed us our options. We where very impressed with her product knowledge and sparkling personality. A real treat to work with. Luke and Michael came over to do the install. They arrived on time and as promised. Went right to work and finished in record time. The results were a beautiful door, perfectly installed by a great staff of well trained professionals.... The wife and I highly recommend Precision Doors.

We thoroughly enjoy the new garage doors and having the almost soundless openers make it a delight to show off to visitors. Just recently we started hearing a strange sound when one of doors would open. Like clockwork, I spoke with Danielle and she scheduled one of your able technicians out to take a look. Jerry arrived on time and was most professional and showed me how he made slight adjustments to remove that bothersome noise. Within 5 minutes all was good. And Jerry was on his way...just the way I like it.

Very Happy with my new Garage Door set-up. Keng B. was very courteous and helpful. I was working while the service call took place and Keng kept me updated with pictures and explanations of the damage to my current system. He gave me some options without pressuring me. I felt like I made a good choice and was grateful. I would highly recommend Keng because of his technical knowledge and his customer service skills. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service - the same day service (as advertised ) was so convenient considering I had family visiting when the garage door stopped working. Circuit board failure causing remotes to fail to open garage door intermittently. Decided to change out to a new Precision motor. Jason Daring was the technician who explained all options and then efficiently installed the new motor. Jason answered all my questions and assured all performed perfectly before completion. The cost was fair and reasonable. I have used Precision on 2 of my Florida homes and am completely satisfied with their workmanship.

Technician Arnold Simpson called to let us know when he would arrive and to our delight it was the early part of the 4 hour window. He was quite professional and explained everything in detail. He safely got the door open and secured it so we could move our cars out and give him enough space to work. He worked efficiently and demonstrated to us the proper way to lubricate the moving parts. We felt like we were being swindled, just needed the springs replaced, we were told our rollers were Bad and they needed replaced said we needs a hurricane bar replaced, the est was much more than the phone est, and our door and opener was replaced 4.5 years ago. Really.. Folks be careful
