The crew, Joshua and James, new their business well and did an outstanding job. Beside the springs, the bearings and 16 foot shaft needed to be replaced. I would use Precision again and recommend them as well. The business is well named, "Precision", and they lived up to it.

For over 20 years, we have used Precision Garage for all our garage needs, and have been 100% satisfied. It is a terrific company. Every employee we've ever had any contact with has always been professional, knowledgeable, polite and responsive. We recently had an issue with our hurricane doors. We called the company to learn our options, and they scheduled Austin Orton, a Precision tech, to follow up with us and assess the situation. Austin determined that our issue was 100% covered by the Precision warranty, and scheduled a complete replacement of our doors, at no cost to us. Yesterday, the new doors were installed, I believe the installers were Andy Peck and Andrew Lachance. Like the other Precision employees, they were both terrific. They were personable and professional, and obviously took pride in their work. The new doors are terrific! It is comforting to know that Precision Garage Doors can be counted on to have our back for all of our garage door needs. I highly recommend them!

Another Jim came out to review my old 2-door garage and to give a quote for replacement of the doors and equipment to use them. He was courteous, informative and helpful in understanding the whole replacement process. He gave alternate free quotes for the replacement. I was amazed at the set-up of their sales van. Precision replaced my parents garage and after seeing the amazing job they did, we knew who to call when ours broke recently. I found out the torsion spring was broken at 10 am and Jordan was out by 4 pm (same day, on a saturday). He wore a mask and social distanced, which was great. He was up front with options, pricing and provided an honest recommendation. From a little research on the web, it appeared that they are a little on the high end for pricing, but they originally installed the garage door and I wanted to stay with the same outfit. The work took roughly 30 min and he provided some maintenance tips. I highly recommend.

Technician Michael (Mick) installed a rudder under overhead garage door to keep water from leaking into garage when door is closed. Mick is a most pleasant individual, and was clear and thorough with instructions for me to follow for 24 hours after installation. ...........There's no option below to check for the product I purchased. And for service performed, I chose "door repair" which also doesn't describe very well what the job entailed. I first learned of Precision on TV and had them help with another task some time ago, so I felt comfortable calling again to take on this task. Yes, I will call again if and when need be. Thank you!
