My sister met Jordan for an appointment at my home to fix a garage door that was having issues. It needed a new door opener since the one I had was from 1994. I was on the phone with her as Jordan explained the problem, what he recommended for installation and the total cost. His explanations were clear and understandable and having installed one recently in another home right on the money. Jordan was efficient and friendly and went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I hope if I need more assistance with my garage that they will send Jordan. This is the third time I have used Precision Door and have been happy each time with the service.

She explained in detail what your company could do and what they could not do (replace a Clopay door panel to match the remaining panels,)She provided me with all of my options if I chose to go with Precision. Thank you so much for your quick response to our garage door issue. We were stuck and could not get to church because the doors would not open. Moreover, I have an older Genie "Excellerator" opener and the parts were not available. The technician suggested a "work-around" and repaired the doors in less than an hour. Thank you Precision Door.

Doors spring (16 years old) had broken and door not able to be opened. (too heavy) Precision tech John Tsangarinos and helper Jesse analysed all my problems and gave me two separate quotes to repair the door. One with a one year warranty and one with a five year warranty. I had just spent over $1,200 two years ago with another company, with now warranty, and door had crashed again. I asked for the 5 year warranty fix. Precision team installed the best springs, new rollers and bears, plus they beefed up the LiftMaster attachment to the door, where cracks were showing up in the door. I was very happy with the friendly service and the door is now running smoothly.

Wesley was great! Professional, on time, considerate and clearly answered all my questions. He even swept out the garage when he was done! They are definitely the right choice if. you need anything with regard to your garage door.

Do not use Precision. They do not provide a written estimate, but write down the parts you need (springs, rollers, ball bearings, etc) and verbally tell you the cost of each. You have to add the total up in your head. And they do not mention the hidden charges: 7% shop supplies (in the case, $66.50) and the Fleet Transportation charge ($20). Rip-off artists.

We have an old double garage door that was unreliable. We had everything replaced. Everything except for the door itself to avoid permitting and the extra cost. Arnold did a great job. It now operates like new. The cost was more than we expected but we are happy with the work so it was worth it.
