Something caused the door to get 'off track' and it wouldn't close all the way. We called Precision as they had done the initial installation. They came out very early the next day and it was fixed within the hour! Very efficient and professional.

This is the third time Precision has been out to fix our door over a 7 year period of time. Each time the men have been polite and able to find the problems quickly and at reasonable prices. My technician was very nice, very professional, honest. i didn’t have any other companies i contacted so i really have no room for comparison. , yet this company had a great rating and reviews. i’m satisfied, with the replacement of very old garage door springs, yet the price seemed a little steep, I am physically challenged , and i’m an ex. professional, yet as a senior it’s difficult to find honest people when it comes to repairs on my home. We have not purchased the garage door yet, but we will be within the week. The difference we have found with Precision so far has been the customer service. I have asked multiple questions, changed things, and I have never received a sigh, or picked up negativity in their voice or one of those you have to purchase it today for that price kinda quote. She was very informative and knowledgeable on the doors and openers, she suggested the wall mount opener and I am glad I chose it, it is whisper quiet. The bottom seal of my garage door needed replacement. The lady that answered my call was very courteous. She had a tech available the same day. The technician WayneM arrived on time, listened to what I needed repaired. He then listened to the noises my garage door made as it opened. In 45 minutes the seal was replaced and nylon rollers replaced. Great job, WayneM!! Will be happy to recommend to neighbors and friends.
