I would like to say: I’m not an Actor! ????Just a customer that needed a new Garage Door Opener. Adam was very professional, and advised me of a few things to look out for in the future. He moved around like a Cat for 2hrs. Thank you to all involved.????????

Precision had previously installed new spring rollers for our garage door. Recently the door would drop a foot down upon opening. The technician came and let us know that the motor would need to be replaced soon. He was able to adjust the motor so that we did not have to buy one just yet. He was informative and courteous. We know that in a few months we will need a motor and we know where to go...Precision. Thank you.

They came out the day after we called because it was not an emergency. Our repairman was very friendly and gave us quotes for different options to fix our garage door opener. He went beyond and assisted us on a simple repair on our other garage door too.

My garage door spring broke this morning. i went on your website this morning at 5:00 and was able to use the chat window to discuss my issue and arrange for a technician to come out this morning. Craig was the technician that took care of my repair. After investigating my initial problem he identified several other maintenance repairs that would be needed over the next 8-10 months. i really appreciate the fact that he just identified the issue and the cost to repair and then let me make the decision without any pressure. i will definitely use Precision again and hope that Craig is the technician that will be assigned.

I have been using Precision for years. I originally had a hurricane rated garage door installed and subsequently have had it serviced over the years to keep it in top condition. The technicians have always been on time, courteous and knowledgeable of their products. I wouldn’t use any other company as Precision gets it right each time!

Craig was prompt and professional. I was shown several different options to fix and repair my garage door. Everything was explained thoroughly. I interacted with three people from the company, and they were all great to deal with. In the end, the pricing and warranty were competitive, but the service was exemplary. Highly recommend.

Another great experience with Precision. Fast, courteous, professional, neat and clean, and all at a fair price. What more can we ask for? We have used Precision for two homes for repairs and for replacement. Every time we have needed them, same great service! I can't speak highly enough about this company. This time the technician was Jordan Tompkins. He has a great attitude, explained what was needed and why and completed the job professionally and right the first time. Much appreciated Jordan!

I would not have even given a 1 star but I had to just to make the review. We had a new construction project. Percision was quick to come out but was endless promises after. I let Cristina know I was on a time crunch. Needed the quote in 2 weeks, she said she would have it to me the following day, wouldn't need that long. That never happened. I gave 4 days and asked her. She had lost ALL of our information. She again said she would have it to me that afternoon. Again she disappeared. I called the office number they said they would get a message to her. A 1.5 went by and still no Cristina. She called said 10 min that never happened. I got sick of chasing her and never following through. Went with another company.
