Precision had previously installed new spring rollers for our garage door. Recently the door would drop a foot down upon opening. The technician came and let us know that the motor would need to be replaced soon. He was able to adjust the motor so that we did not have to buy one just yet. He was informative and courteous. We know that in a few months we will need a motor and we know where to go...Precision. Thank you.

They came out the day after we called because it was not an emergency. Our repairman was very friendly and gave us quotes for different options to fix our garage door opener. He went beyond and assisted us on a simple repair on our other garage door too.

My garage door spring broke this morning. i went on your website this morning at 5:00 and was able to use the chat window to discuss my issue and arrange for a technician to come out this morning. Craig was the technician that took care of my repair. After investigating my initial problem he identified several other maintenance repairs that would be needed over the next 8-10 months. i really appreciate the fact that he just identified the issue and the cost to repair and then let me make the decision without any pressure. i will definitely use Precision again and hope that Craig is the technician that will be assigned.

I was very pleased with the quick service I called in the morning by 4:30 pm my new garage opener was installed with a new garage opener for my car was in my possession. The technician Chris who came out, was very pleasant and did a really good job.He noticed there was another problem with my garage door and made me aware. I heard a commercial on my tv and called immediately. Your company had benn recommended to me and your ad remind Ed me to call. I did and a service person was dispatched within an hour. The young man had wired for the company so 6 years and got right to work. It was great to have a knowledgeable person give me options and perform the tasked needed to complete the job immediately. The installer was kind , considerate and so very helpful. The job was completed in an hour and he is on to the next job!
