Great service, great job and done quickly. Called in the afternoon on a Saturday and the technician arrived before 4:00 PM. Fin hailed the job installing a new opening before 6:00 PM. Could not be happier!!!

If there was a higher rating than five, I would have given it to you. Chris Burdge came to our home a few days ago, and gave us an estimate. We had already received a few bids, which were all higher and for an inferior product. What we noticed about him is he was HONEST, something that seems lacking in this day and age. We agreed to have Precision install the door, which was done today by Wolf and Justin. They were polite and courteous, very efficient, and had the old door removed and the new one installed in less than three hours. We are beyond impressed.

Precision was recommended to me by a family member who stated that they were courteous and extremely fair in their pricing. I found that to be the case in our repair service. Our garage door motor was over 18 years old and needed to be replaced plus the spring was in bad shape. Our technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Because we were in the midst of the Covid-19 Shelter at Home, he was very considerate to keep his distance. Everything was explained thoroughly to both my wife and my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend the company to neighbors and friends.

The installation of the two Olympus OL3200 doors meet all expectations. Within two hours the old doors were removed and the the new doors were fully functional. The workmanship and attention to detail resulted in great looking doors that operate flawlessly.

I contacted Precision Door Service to balance one of my garage doors. The technician who came out telephoned me prior to his arrival and provided me with an ETA. After his timely arrival, he inspected the door and recommedned I replace the tension spring which I knew was the original from 1992. He also suggested replacing the springs and bearings. He performed the work, inspected the door, and also inspected my double garage door and balanced it out. He then lubricated all the hinges and bearings. The doors now open and close very easily and the garage door opener sounds much quieter. Thank you for the suggestion and completing the work in a very professional manner.
