The sales truck contained samples for everything. The electronic formal quote was provided on the spot. Melanie tracked the shipment of the garage door; providing a one week notice of the delivery date. I was able to pick my installation date. In today's world of business Precision did two things which impressed me very much. First and foremost they acknowledged my phone call requesting assistance -. On this email they provided me with a complete list of their mechanics and their photographs. Therefore, I could match the mechanic with the photo and being able to know it was a bonfire company employee. Second and very important was they call 30 minutes prior to arriving at our home and went immediately to work. They asked my problem, analyzed it and then repaired it. We have been with this company for years. I travel, I know that should my wife need assistance she will have no problems and will be secure when the repair arrives. The workmanship is professional, satisfactory and the service is priced correctly. I can only say thank you for a job well done.
