I was leaving town for 2 weeks when I tried to close my garage door it would not close, It was 7pm and I had to leave by 12am I called precision and explained my situation. Everyone went to work and Craig was here by 8pm discovered that the system had been deprogrammed he reprogrammed the system, the remote reprogrammed limits and sensitivity setting. HE also had reprogram the remote. He said he had never seen a system deprogrammed (stolen) and reprogrammed. Everyone did a great job. Thank you
