Keith was very professional and was able to troubleshoot the problem with my garage door. The wire was defective. Fortunately he has the tools and wire with him and it was fixed in a jiffy. He was very courteous and I would recommend him highly.

Firstly A huge thank you for being available on a sunday evening when I was so upset as to ben first my daughter then when I got home from my work as soon as we saw him we knew it was gonna work. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He was capable very competent and kind. He explained everything well including to use white lithium grease one the fittings every 6 months.
