Firstly A huge thank you for being available on a sunday evening when I was so upset as to ben first my daughter then when I got home from my work as soon as we saw him we knew it was gonna work. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He was capable very competent and kind. He explained everything well including to use white lithium grease one the fittings every 6 months. He had a replacement garage door opener available on his truck, An hour later, I had a new opener. My garage was clean and the old unit was removed and disposed of. Very professional and a good company to work with.
