I won't be calling this company back for anything. Over priced and the technician that came to my house was a creep. All I wanted was a new remote for my garage door opener because the one I had was very outdated (1999). The technician was more concerned with my dog than what he was there for. He looks at my unit, didn't test it or anything and proceeded to write down on a tablet 5 different options as far as quotes for me all over $500 telling me the reason my remote didn't work is because the springs and rollers on my garage are worn down causing my remote to short. I was charged $129.95 just to get a new remote and it programmed. He was so persistent in trying to get me to get a new unit and he was so full of shit. i did end up buying the remote and it is working fine, but I will never call this company back.

Our garage door opener stopped receiving input from our remotes. Arnold diagnosed the issue with it and explained our options. We chose to get a new unit and Arnold had the work completed very quickly. This all happened on the same day we called! Arnold was very nice and professional and we will definitely recommend him and Precision to everyone.

Hands down Precision Overhead Garage Door if the best garage door company my husband and I have ever worked with. We were very pleased with how professional Justin C. was with his product knowledge. Justin was able to take care of our issue in a short amount of time and really took into consideration our end goal with our current garage door. We have future plans to replace the door completely. Justin understood that and offered a solution that would get us until we are ready to splurge on a new door. When that time comes...I know we will call Precision Overhead Garage Door.

Shane replaced the broken spring on my garage door today. He was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and very polite. The spring broke last night at 7:30 pm and Precision was able to schedule me between 12-2 today. Shane had the door fixed and operational in less than an hour! I have used Precision for the past 8 years and have always received great service. I will continue to be a loyal Precision customer!!!!

I feel insanely ripped off! I was quoted $700 dollars to replace springs and bearings, and reprogramming. I was told that the springs were old and needed replacing. Being that it was a Saturday and I needed my garage door operational I moved forward with the work, even if it was overpriced. I had insulation in the garage door which literally weighed 20 lbs but the tech informed me that it would help to remove it. He then charged me an additional $189 dollars to remove it ( which probably took all of 5 minutes) and discounted my springs $189 so the cost stayed the same as quoted. Well..if he could’ve discounted my overcharged springs to begin with $189 I don’t see how removing a little insulation should cost me $189. Just feel overcharged from the start and definitely would never recommend Precision to anyone nor would I use them again. I was recommended Precision by our neighborhood Hoa Facebook page and will definitely be posting my experience there as well. Would suggest you get a quote from another company before continuing with service from Precision.

The technician came the same day we called and put in new openers, changed out the springs, rollers, added keyless entry and programmed our cars. Adam arrived on-time and immediately went to work removing the broken garage door and track, and preparing for our new door and opener. He worked efficiently and made sure the area for new track and opener was properly prepared before assembling our new door. The finished door and opener is so much better than the one he replaced. I first bought a new garage door opener from Precision. There were a couple of hick ups in getting it to close properly. Your company was fast on making sure we were satisfied, and the door worked as it was intended. A year or 2 later we needed to replace the door and all the hardware. So naturally we called Precision. Turned out that was a bad decision. Here is what happened. Your door tech told us he could not assist in opening the door to free our car, unless he replaced all the door parts. We told him we would purchase a new door right on the spot. Offered my credit card. Tech response was he still could not assist me. I would have to wait until the following week for the new door to be installed to free our car. My initial thought was this is not the same company that installed my garage door opener. I sent the tech packing without regret. Thought what a sham or racket this company had become. Called one of your competitors and they had no issue freeing our car. Also said they could install the door on Saturday if we agreed on the price. We thought great free the car and no need to use Precision ever again. We try to be fare and spend our hard earned dollars in our community. What happened next you just cannot make up. I received a call from Danielle who works for Precision, by this time we could have cared less about Precision the company. Danielle listened to me basically tell her to pound sand and she will be reading about this on the internet how her competitor took care of us because Precision refused. Without begging Danielle told me this is not how they operate and they provide 100% guaranteed satisfaction. I laughed and stated she may believe this, however the actions I witnessed did not add up to her statement. When I told her I offered to buy the door on the spot and the tech still refused to jailbreak our car. There was a pause then a sigh, I thought this might be the first time she heard this type of story. A customer willing to buy and the sales rep that could not find a way to assist. When I think of it today I still find it amazing. Danielle asked if she could at least have an opportunity to correct this and provide 100% satisfaction. Remember what I stated about spending our dollars. Hard earned dollars. Danielle was now trying to earn her pay. Normally I would have said no on this day I said to myself lets see what Precision is made of. Danielle then went into action, phone calls were made, expedited assistance to open the door, expedited installation of the new door. All your Techs except one have been Professional, courteous, and on time. The install team was great. The QC guy great, The second QC guy great and the last guy who install roller sleeves who was also the installer of the door was once again great. Knowing nothing is perfect, after the install I contacted Danielle 3-times. 1-motherboard failed. 2-key fobs failed. 3-noisy door opening and closing. Most folks would throw your company to the wolves for not being perfect. My wife and I, we will recommend Precision every time we can. Based on this alone 100% satisfaction guaranteed!! Fantastic job by Precision! Within 2 hours of my call (not even an emergency), a tech was on scene and gave me an honest assessment of my garage door opener and offered a fair price to fix and replace it. Great experience. I have used Precision in the past great services. I called to schedule an evaluation of the garage systems in a home newly purchased. The service team had a service tech in the area and was an to schedule me within the hour. Tech was knowledgeable. He did not market or pitch sales.
