Three years ago when I called Precision to replace my old garage door with a hurricane rated door, I was so pleased that I said I could do commercials for Precision. Today, I had a minor problem that I did not know how to fix, so I called Precision for the first time since the door was installed. Precision Tech Robert Trotter installed a new PDS-800 w/7' Chain Drive. Tech Trotter was knowledgeable and professional and recommended a new system PDS-800) as the old Craftsman Opener 5hp sprocket was not repairable. Tech Trotter did a nice job.

Problem with my garage door not opening. The technician Zac was great! He was friendly, quickly determined the problem, and also inspected the entire system and provided options. He was then able to quickly repair the pulley and installed a new garage door opener. Great service experience.

I called Precision Overhead Door this time because we had used them years ago for a problem with another door and they'd done a great job. This time the service was great. I was told what all my options were and the pricing for each, and even though I really wasn't able to afford to get the major repair that it needs done, the technician was totally professional and polite, and told me to give them a call if ever I changed my mind. I got a good service call for 49$ and some helpful hints as well.

Excellent response to a garage door that experienced a bracket failure to stay attached to the door. Response to the site was less than 4 hours and with the replacement part readily available in the truck. Very personable and experienced technician executed a warranty repair within 1/2 hour.

The technician, Bryan Stewart, was VERY courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Before the service call, I had considered calling other companies as well. I'm glad I didn't. If possible, I would definitely request Bryan for any future service calls. The problem (misaligned sensor) was an easy one and had I been less stupid, could've fixed it easily myself. Despite this, Bryan explained the matter thoroughly and even taught me what to look for (at the motor housing's blinking lights and corresponding chart) to easily self perform an initial first-stage diagnosis. He was a very pleasant young professional.

My technician , Jason Daring ,was extremely competent and helpful. He suggested that my Hormann door might be under warranty. When we determined this to be the case , he lifted my door so I could get my car out . ( no small task !) I decided that the best way to proceed is for me to call Construction Equipment Co. on Monday and see what they are going to say about honoring the Warranty. I asked Jason to give me an estimate on what it would cost for Precision to do the repairs. He gave me 3 separate estimates, depending on how much / or how little I choose to have done . All will fix the problem.

Great customer service! Noah provided multiple options to fix my broken spring issue on my 16 year old garage door. He replaced both springs, bearings and rail rollers. So pleased with this company from the initial call to finish of the job. They installed my garage door about 18 years ago. Five years or so ago the door came catawampus off the track. I called Precision and they had someone out here within the hour. It was not something one person could do with the weight of the double door. Within an hour they had a total crew out here helping to fix me out of the fix. This time it was my garage door opener. It was also 18 years old. Upon inspection it turned out the the spring was sprung (it was shown to me - no wonder the door wouldn't open) plus a couple of other things. EACH of those things was pointed out to me so I could see for myself. I liked that. Decision to replace or not was mine. A new garage door, spring and a couple of other things were installed. From initial knock on the door to him finishing up after installation was 3 hours. Since I was going out of time the next day it was a lifesaver for me. Thank you Precision.
