Mickey called and came early. He was very professional but friendly He sat down with us explained the problem and gave us options to repair it. He went right to work and walked me through the repairs he made and explained why. All in all a really good experience. I would recommend your Company and give it 5 stars. My technician , Jason Daring ,was extremely competent and helpful. He suggested that my Hormann door might be under warranty. When we determined this to be the case , he lifted my door so I could get my car out . ( no small task !) I decided that the best way to proceed is for me to call Construction Equipment Co. on Monday and see what they are going to say about honoring the Warranty. I asked Jason to give me an estimate on what it would cost for Precision to do the repairs. He gave me 3 separate estimates, depending on how much / or how little I choose to have done . All will fix the problem.

The tech was to call me with a total before preforming the work, he called and gave a total price of $525.00, when job was done he then said total changed to $561.75. When asked why the price changed and he laughed and said uncle needs his as if I am stupid. The real answer he didn't want to give is that he missed quoted and was trying to cover with a failed attempt at a joke literally at my expense, my money. I feel I should get a refund for the difference of $36.75 since this was obviously a bait and switch. Didn't want to even give 2 stars but I felt obligated to do so.

No one showed up during the time frame that I made my appointment. I was looking to get an estimate on a garage door and had to waste much of my day unfortunately. I called at 11:05am....my appointment was scheduled for 9am-11am and the employee was unapologetic telling me the technician would text me because he was running behind. Over an hour later 12:15pm I still had not heard from anyone, I finally got a call back from the office saying there was a scheduling mistake and someone would be out in around 30 min because no one was scheduled for house. Really disappointed I wasted my day waiting around, I should get a discount if I decide to get a door from them but I know it probably wont happen. Going to shop around because of how bad my initial experience was.
