Shane did an excellent job. Another company could have sold me a whole new garage door - Shane only did what was necessary and assured me I was fine with the door I have. He went out of h is way to get the job done right. He took his time to show me what and why things needed to be replaced. Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.

The tech was to call me with a total before preforming the work, he called and gave a total price of $525.00, when job was done he then said total changed to $561.75. When asked why the price changed and he laughed and said uncle needs his as if I am stupid. The real answer he didn't want to give is that he missed quoted and was trying to cover with a failed attempt at a joke literally at my expense, my money. I feel I should get a refund for the difference of $36.75 since this was obviously a bait and switch. Didn't want to even give 2 stars but I felt obligated to do so.

The issue I had turned out to not be equipment related but the Precision Door technician that came out was great. He called before arrival and that was earlier that expected which was great. I really appreciate his promptness and courteous service. I will use them again as needed and recommemd them.

No one showed up during the time frame that I made my appointment. I was looking to get an estimate on a garage door and had to waste much of my day unfortunately. I called at 11:05am....my appointment was scheduled for 9am-11am and the employee was unapologetic telling me the technician would text me because he was running behind. Over an hour later 12:15pm I still had not heard from anyone, I finally got a call back from the office saying there was a scheduling mistake and someone would be out in around 30 min because no one was scheduled for house. Really disappointed I wasted my day waiting around, I should get a discount if I decide to get a door from them but I know it probably wont happen. Going to shop around because of how bad my initial experience was.

Professional service from start to finish. My technician, Arnold, was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I appreciated that he adhered to CDC guidelines at all times while here. He gave me enough information to make an informed decision about my repair, explained everything and demonstrated what was different and how everything worked. I especially like that he will be my personal technician if I need help during the warranty.

Awesome Experience! The wife and I needed to update the look of our house. Our garage door was an obvious choice, it was old, and unappealing. We got a few quotes, and Precision was the clear winner. The price was very competitive, the product was superior to the other companies, and the people were just great. Julie, the sales rep. came over took measurements, then showed us our options. We where very impressed with her product knowledge and sparkling personality. A real treat to work with. Luke and Michael came over to do the install. They arrived on time and as promised. Went right to work and finished in record time. The results were a beautiful door, perfectly installed by a great staff of well trained professionals.... Technician Arnold Simpson called to let us know when he would arrive and to our delight it was the early part of the 4 hour window. He was quite professional and explained everything in detail. He safely got the door open and secured it so we could move our cars out and give him enough space to work. He worked efficiently and demonstrated to us the proper way to lubricate the moving parts. Very satisfied with the company and the service.
