So pleased with this company from the initial call to finish of the job. They installed my garage door about 18 years ago. Five years or so ago the door came catawampus off the track. I called Precision and they had someone out here within the hour. It was not something one person could do with the weight of the double door. Within an hour they had a total crew out here helping to fix me out of the fix. This time it was my garage door opener. It was also 18 years old. Upon inspection it turned out the the spring was sprung (it was shown to me - no wonder the door wouldn't open) plus a couple of other things. EACH of those things was pointed out to me so I could see for myself. I liked that. Decision to replace or not was mine. A new garage door, spring and a couple of other things were installed. From initial knock on the door to him finishing up after installation was 3 hours. Since I was going out of time the next day it was a lifesaver for me. Thank you Precision.

I actually thought you did a wonderful job. the service guy was great and the product was just what i needed. My only comment is that I wish the charges to do this were not surprises. the extra fees for the truck, etc. were unexpected and turned a 100.00 expected charge into 150.00

Spring broke on our Garage Door....called Precision to set up a time to come out. Appointment was originally set for 10am - 12pm...was called first thing to say they could be out earlier between 8am - 10am which was highly appreciated. Jeremy Rossi arrived a promptly went to work evaluating if anything else was needed other than the Spring replacement...Jeremy did a great job, was fast and professional. Our insulated, hurricane-high wind garage door was leaking light from the side and a bolt had broken off one of the latches. I called and got an appointment the same day, followed-up with an email confirmation and the technician with bios so you know who will be showing to your home which is an added security feature. Luke (and new trainee [sorry, didn't get his name]) arrived before the time promised. They were efficient, courteous and professional. He identified the problem, repaired the leaky light and added the missing bolt to the latch within minutes. They requested I inspect for approval prior to departing and addressed all my questions. Precision Garage Doors installed this door a few years ago and always pleasant to do business. All the staff, scheduler to technicians, are polite. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

If there was a higher rating than five, I would have given it to you. Chris Burdge came to our home a few days ago, and gave us an estimate. We had already received a few bids, which were all higher and for an inferior product. What we noticed about him is he was HONEST, something that seems lacking in this day and age. They were polite and courteous, very efficient, and had the old door removed and the new one installed in less than three hours. We are beyond impressed.
