Very quick service, called Thursday afternoon and had a new garage door opener by noon on Friday. No hassles, no up sell, just installed what I asked for. Paying the bill was also quite easy, they took Apple Pay! This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The new GDO is really quiet too!

Very good, same day service, but NOT cheap at $1200 for three springs to be fitted on our double door - cheaper 1 year warranty offered, but honestly was pretty peeved at that - who want a one year warranty on something like this? Maybe coronavirus pricing... Technician was very good indeed - explained all.

We thoroughly enjoy the new garage doors and having the almost soundless openers make it a delight to show off to visitors. Just recently we started hearing a strange sound when one of doors would open. Like clockwork, I spoke with Danielle and she scheduled one of your able technicians out to take a look. Jerry arrived on time and was most professional and showed me how he made slight adjustments to remove that bothersome noise. Within 5 minutes all was good. And Jerry was on his way...just the way I like it.

Precision advertises in our Imperial Park Directory. I called them on Sunday and they came out that same day. My key pads and remotes weren't working. Shane came out after calling to make sure I was home at the appointed time and inspected my garage door. He found that the motor was over 18 years old, when opening the door it was very loud, the springs were shot because the door was so heavy to lift as well as the remotes and key pads weren't working. He gave me three options to choose from. He thoroughly explained each option and what it entailed. I chose the option that I thought would be best. He fixed it that night. I was very impressed with their response time, the professionalism of Shane and how he presented me with options to choose from. I would highly recommend Shane and Precision.

Boy, did we select the right garage door provider!!! From the quote through the installation, which was completed an hour ago. I would like to add two "P" words to Precision: personable and professional. We received the hurricane insulated doors with the belt openers and it blew us away...open a garage door without all the mechanical sounds? Yep...it is so quiet.
