My sister met Jordan for an appointment at my home to fix a garage door that was having issues. It needed a new door opener since the one I had was from 1994. I was on the phone with her as Jordan explained the problem, what he recommended for installation and the total cost. His explanations were clear and understandable and having installed one recently in another home right on the money. Jordan was efficient and friendly and went the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I hope if I need more assistance with my garage that they will send Jordan. This is the third time I have used Precision Door and have been happy each time with the service.

I was very pleased with Christopher the young man that came out for my initial call. We discovered that I had some issues with my springs and rollers and reprogramming my keypad and remote. He helped me synch up mynew car to the garage door as well. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently to get the job completed in a timely matter. I would definitely call for service again.

the company sent out a tech within hours of my call. Bob arrived and was very courteous and professional. he showed and explained to me what the issue was. He had all the necessary parts to do the job on his truck and although it was getting late he assured me he could complete the job, which he did. It took him about 2 1/2 hours and the job was complete, cleaned up and I was completely satisfied. Bob is an asset to your company.

My programmed Key Pad Wasn't working. Justin reprogrammed the key pad but also explained how this could happen. I'm taking his recommendation to get a Surge Protector for the Garage Door Opener plug. The website enabled me to select every aspect (style, pattern, options) for the new garage door I wanted to purchase. Received a follow-up email within hours at night. The sales truck contained samples for everything. The electronic formal quote was provided on the spot. Melanie tracked the shipment of the garage door; providing a one week notice of the delivery date. I was able to pick my installation date.
