Arnold, our technician is a consummate professional. He called when he was 20 minutes away to make sure we knew he was coming (it was early). When he arrived he examined the door and all its components (springs, wheels, door hinges, etc.). He then told me what needed to be replaced and then wrote up each replacement task with 2 costs based on which new component I would purchase. We had a discussion of each alternative at he end of which I picked which springs I wanted, which new motor I wanted and which belt system I wanted. When I was done, Arnold tallied up the costs. I agreed and he began to work. He gave me a 2 hour estimate and finished up in about 1 and 1/2 hours. He then went over everything he had done and pointed out that the wheels on the door were good for another 2-3 years but, should I hear a clacking sound when the door is going up or down, I should call Precision and get them replaced. Arnold also showed me where he replace some missing screw hinges and how he attached the trolley to the door so that it was above a crack in the metal piece that was attached to the door.He also noted that the rubber and the bottom of the door was worn but, since I had no evidence of water damage, I could hold off on replacing that item for awhile. Arnold then programed the new key code box, the wall opener the openers built into my two cars and the new and the old portable remote controls. I was presented with the bill which exactly matched the estimate. I selected Precision because of some recommendations from neighbors. In the future I will be the neighbor recommending Precision to others.

We had a problem with our remote sensor. Jimmy J diagnosed the issue and found a spring problem while he was here. My g. door would not close even though the safety beam was not obstructed. I watched several Precision YouTube vids and learned what to check. The problem was a faulty safety beam receiver. I tried all the hints on the videos, but still no luck. I gave up on the DIY and called. A technician named Joshua Page came to the house and after a complete inspection he agreed with my diagnosis and also found a broken door panel hinge. Without hesitation Joshua got to work and had my door running smoothly once again. I am very satisfied with the service I received and appreciated the professionalism demonstrated by Joshua.

Precision advertises in our Imperial Park Directory. I called them on Sunday and they came out that same day. My key pads and remotes weren't working. Shane came out after calling to make sure I was home at the appointed time and inspected my garage door. He found that the motor was over 18 years old, when opening the door it was very loud, the springs were shot because the door was so heavy to lift as well as the remotes and key pads weren't working. He gave me three options to choose from. He thoroughly explained each option and what it entailed. I chose the option that I thought would be best. He fixed it that night. I was very impressed with their response time, the professionalism of Shane and how he presented me with options to choose from. I would highly recommend Shane and Precision.

Nick at Precision installed a new garage door at our home. He did all the work himself that includes removal of old garage door, wood frame replacement, new door install, and cleaned up all the debris. Very happy with the new garage door. It is so quiet too. We chose Precision for their reputation, and the $50 coupon off of Linear we'd received in our newspaper (or Valpak?). We'd researched the Linear line of door opener vs. LiftMaster -- found them to be equal in quality but lower in price. Setting up the appointment was easy, the installer arrived as scheduled and gave us a call before arriving. He kept us informed throughout the installation and did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with our quiet, powerful, beautifully installed opener and the service & price we received from Precision.

Boy, did we select the right garage door provider!!! From the quote through the installation, which was completed an hour ago. I would like to add two "P" words to Precision: personable and professional.
