We've seen numerous Precision advertisements on TV, so we checked out services and reviews on the web. We certainly made the right decision to contact your company. We thought the opener needed repair, but it ended up making more sense to replace. Timothy Vaughn was extremely professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the products available and what we needed for our door to operate perfectly. I'm amazed at how quiet the garage door operation is now and we are very pleased with the product, Precision and Mr. Vaughn.

Excellent job, and on short notice, too! Really appreciated the fact that the job was quickly "fixable" and with the belt that I happened to have on hand. The lad you sent was friendly, and readily explained the situation and what needed to be done...very professional!

Very quick service, called Thursday afternoon and had a new garage door opener by noon on Friday. No hassles, no up sell, just installed what I asked for. Paying the bill was also quite easy, they took Apple Pay! This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The new GDO is really quiet too!

I had used your company before and was very satisfied. Jason Daring repaired my garage door, as well as installed new inside and outside automatic door openers. He even set up the automatic opener from inside my car that I was not aware was there. I am very impressed with Jason's work ethic. He did an outstanding job, was very polite and took the time to explain all that he had done. I believe he went out of his way to make sure everything is working properly. I would recommend your company and definitely Jason to anyone who needs to have garage door work done.

Very good, same day service, but NOT cheap at $1200 for three springs to be fitted on our double door - cheaper 1 year warranty offered, but honestly was pretty peeved at that - who want a one year warranty on something like this? Maybe coronavirus pricing... Technician was very good indeed - explained all.

Awesome Experience! The wife and I needed to update the look of our house. Our garage door was an obvious choice, it was old, and unappealing. We got a few quotes, and Precision was the clear winner. The price was very competitive, the product was superior to the other companies, and the people were just great. Julie, the sales rep. came over took measurements, then showed us our options. We where very impressed with her product knowledge and sparkling personality. A real treat to work with. Luke and Michael came over to do the install. They arrived on time and as promised. Went right to work and finished in record time. The results were a beautiful door, perfectly installed by a great staff of well trained professionals.... The wife and I highly recommend Precision Doors.

We thoroughly enjoy the new garage doors and having the almost soundless openers make it a delight to show off to visitors. Just recently we started hearing a strange sound when one of doors would open. Like clockwork, I spoke with Danielle and she scheduled one of your able technicians out to take a look. Jerry arrived on time and was most professional and showed me how he made slight adjustments to remove that bothersome noise. Within 5 minutes all was good. And Jerry was on his way...just the way I like it.

Very Happy with my new Garage Door set-up. Keng B. was very courteous and helpful. I was working while the service call took place and Keng kept me updated with pictures and explanations of the damage to my current system. He gave me some options without pressuring me. I felt like I made a good choice and was grateful. I would highly recommend Keng because of his technical knowledge and his customer service skills. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service - the same day service (as advertised ) was so convenient considering I had family visiting when the garage door stopped working. Thank You again Keng and Precision Door!

Circuit board failure causing remotes to fail to open garage door intermittently. Decided to change out to a new Precision motor. Jason Daring was the technician who explained all options and then efficiently installed the new motor. Jason answered all my questions and assured all performed perfectly before completion. The cost was fair and reasonable. I have used Precision on 2 of my Florida homes and am completely satisfied with their workmanship.

I thank Chad Becker so much for taking the time to help me out on his day off. He did an excellent job of removing cabinets & shelving plus so many extras preparing my garage for the garage door installation on Friday. We considered Precision as our first choice for a new garage door because we knew one of their service tech's. After reading some of the reviews on his site we realized that this was the type of company we wanted to do business with. Our Sales Person provided us a great deal of information regarding mfgr's and features associated with the doors. The installation of the door went smoothly and they did everything they said they would. We couldn't be happier with the service and quality of product...as well as exceptional employees.
