I want to commend you for having a great employee, such as Garrett. He came out to check my garage door that didn't seem right. Someone else from Precision used an incorrect tension spring on my garage door. After about 45 minutes of investigation, Garrett came back to my door and said he was going to replace the springs. He was professional. He was honest and hats off to you for employing a fine young guy.

AUSTIN ORTON came to my home and his service was beyond awesome! In the last 5 years many service representatives have come to my Belleair residence to do numerous services to all of the bells and whistles in our home. None can come close to the capabilities of Austin. He arrived on time and was extremely professional, listened well, discussed the alternatives available to address our needs. When I gave him my order he immediately went to his well organized truck, and had all of the products needed to complete the job. I was amazed at the competence and no non-sense way he accomplished the job and the restoration of my two garage doors. Austin is a very mature and competent employee for Precision. Your technician Doran was excellent. He took his time to explain all of the options and allowed me to choose what I thought was best for me. He did not try to push me into paying for something the I did not need. He was very professional and kind. He even saved my neighbors puppy when it got out of the yard and came over and sat down in Doran's lap. The neighbor was very appreciative that he helped her puppy. As was I.

I needed a new motor/rail for my door and got three prices. The most expensive one was $1,400 and the tech also recommended $1000 in parts that were “worn.” Total-$2400! Another company installed a motor/rail system balanced the door provided two remotes etc for $525 and did all that with 5stat service. I know you have to pay for all the expensive tv Advertizing you do but really???
