I used the Clearwater franchise. They went above and beyond to get the garage door down until it could be fixed the next day. They rock! Thank you!

My garage door needed replacing and as I had used Precision Door Services for some repairs in the past I chose them again. On the appointed day the installation tech arrived on time and after some explanation as to what he was going to do he went right to work. He was was professional, courteous and friendly. His work was superb and my new garage door looks as good as a new garage door should and it works perfectly.

I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door to everyone. I have referred 3 new customers to Precison and all of these 3 new customers were very satisfied with the service they received. Today I had problems with my garage door keypad. Joshua Figueroa and his new trainee Alfredo came on the same day I called and they were very professional, friendly and trustworthy.

This was our second garage door opener and repairs or upgrades to the 15 year old door and hardware. Both times Precision Door Service delivered quality parts and great workmanship. Our tech this time was Stefan H. He communicated with us clearly and detailed our options for the needed repairs. He was no pressure and accomplished the job quickly. This was another great experience with Precision. Thank you.

Our experience with Robert and Precision Overhead Garage Door was, simply stated, outstanding! Robert was both professionaly skillful, and courteous, while solving our garage door problem--and, in ultimately providing a comprehensive solution that gave us a garage-door system that now operates substantially better than when it was new and quieter than I could have imagined. Thank you! (highly recommend)

I called Precision because they were able to come the following day first thing in the morning, unlike their competitor. James, the technician, called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He assessed the issue I was having with my garage door and opener and gave me several options in which to choose from (i.e., things that needed replacing and parts that were worn). After I made my decision, he completed the work in a few hours and helped me reprogram my garage door opener in my car. I now have a new, quieter, garage door opener and a keypad which I never had before. James was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision!

Percision has been servicing our garage door needs for 20 years. We selected them cause their name sticker was on our garage door when we moved in. They live up to their reputation in their television ads. They carry all the parts needed and get the garage door repaired in same day. The tech is very friendly and knows his business. We have been extremely satisfied with Percision over the years.

I have been using Precision for about 20 years because the service is outstanding. This job was no exception, it was a very expensive job which I could have probably done cheaper by buying the parts on my own and hiring an installer but knowing I had a true pro doing the work was well worth it which is what I got. The tech went above and beyond to offer options and ensure I received exactly what I wanted, he was extremely efficient and once it was finished you never would have known he was there if it was for the perfectly working door!

Repairman Chris arrived in the expected timeframe. He was a professional and tried hard to discover our problem. However we could not replicate our issue but he told us what to look for in the future. Thank you Chris for your patience.

I recently worked with Precision in West Palm Beach, FL for an emergency door and opener replacement on my mother's home. We are 100% satisfied with all staff and quality work performed. It was an easy decision to call Precision locally for a tune up on my door. Our service tech was Luke. His evaluation and recommendations were spot on. New rollers and upgraded springs made our door work quieter and better than new. Thank you Precision.

I have used Precision for years. They have always been punctual, their work completed in a timely manner with not having to call them back to fix things. Their prices are similar to the competition but their quality is always top notch along with the standard of workmen and workmanship.

Cody, the technician was very courteous and professional. He looked at my problem, then we discussed both the repair and cause of what happened to my garage door opener. He gave me an itemized list of the parts and cost to replace. He corrected the initial problem, replaced the parts on the door and cleaned up in timely manner.

My garage door was opening on its own---very unnerving. Even though it was a holiday, someone answered my call and Robert came to my home within a short amount of time. Robert was friendly and thorough. He checked out the entire system and gave me several options as to how to fix the issue. His explanations of each was concise and complete. Robert reprogrammed the remotes and double checked to make sure they were working properly. The problem appears to be corrected and I am very grateful that the repair was done so quickly. Thank you, Precision and Robert! I did purchase the electronic board for the opener but that is not one of the listed options.
