I have been using Precision for about 20 years because the service is outstanding. This job was no exception, it was a very expensive job which I could have probably done cheaper by buying the parts on my own and hiring an installer but knowing I had a true pro doing the work was well worth it which is what I got. The tech went above and beyond to offer options and ensure I received exactly what I wanted, he was extremely efficient and once it was finished you never would have known he was there if it was for the perfectly working door!

Cody, the technician was very courteous and professional. He looked at my problem, then we discussed both the repair and cause of what happened to my garage door opener. He gave me an itemized list of the parts and cost to replace. He corrected the initial problem, replaced the parts on the door and cleaned up in timely manner.

My garage door was opening on its own---very unnerving. Even though it was a holiday, someone answered my call and Robert came to my home within a short amount of time. Robert was friendly and thorough. He checked out the entire system and gave me several options as to how to fix the issue. His explanations of each was concise and complete. Robert reprogrammed the remotes and double checked to make sure they were working properly. The problem appears to be corrected and I am very grateful that the repair was done so quickly. Thank you, Precision and Robert! I did purchase the electronic board for the opener but that is not one of the listed options.

Door would not close either with the remote, wall switch or app. It just made a clicking sound. Closed the door manually. Called for service, they answered within a minute. Very courteous and very helpful. She made an appointment for me. She said a technician will be coming in between a four hour window. It’s Sunday! Technician was here half an hour. Diagnose was swift and repaired done fast. Door works fine and as it should. Very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their garage door.
