I called Precision because they are the company that installed my garage door opener in 2013. The garage door was not going down and thought it was the sensor but a week later it was working again. I decided to have it serviced anyway to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Travis came out, was very personable and professional. He suggested I might want to replace the springs and bearings because they were starting to wear. There was no pressure on his part. Travis also replaced my outside keypad with a used one he happened to have. Travis also walked me through showing me how to apply lubricant to the garage door hinges before he left. I am very satisfied with Precision and the service Travis provided.

Percision Garage Doors is an exceptional company! Percision is the only garage door company I have ever worked with in the past 23 years, they have great service with exceptional technicians and staff. Recently, after 23 years we had to replace springs to our garage door . . . David, the technician was extremely professional and customer friendly!! I would highly recommend Percision to anyone looking for an exceptional and professional company to do work at a fair and reasonable cost!

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door several times prior to this visit and have been enthusiastically pleased with the service and demeanor of the service personnel. This service call was no exception. Cameron was thorough in his efforts and gave me excellent advice in going forward. My door is working at the present time, and he presented options for me to consider, in the event the door anomaly occurs again. Many "Kudos" for your company and personnel!

Outstanding Service. Our garage door was not working properly after Hurrican Milton. To my amazement we were able to get someone to come out on a Saturday and repair springs and reset the motor. I will use their service again. Our repairman was GREAT!
