Was charged 2- twice the price that Overhead garage door of clearwater, 727-524-1000 quoted for the replacement of the same springs. Went with Precision by mistake as it was an emergency and the had an answering service. Live and learn to get more than one price quote. Will neve use 0Prevision again.

We had initially heard mixed reviews about Precision BUT PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO HELP YOU WILL ALL OF YOUR GARAGE DOOR NEEDS. We just had our garage door replaced, received multiple quotes, and in the end we made the decision to go with Precision because their customer service was excellent and they met us fairly with requests that we had. Service man was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Was not happy with cost of replacement of opener/motor. Cost on line for pricing of garage door motors were less than half of what you charged. Would be beneficial to the senior citizens in the area to note that perhaps a discount could help in replacement costs in the future.
