Louis & Nancy Russo have used Precision Door Services in two of our homes. This is the best company you could ever choose if you are having garage door problems big and small. The technicians are always very knowledgeable & courteous at all times. Very professional & dressed properly. Our technician today was Joshua. He called before he was to arrive and identified himself when he arrived. He checked everything thoroughly before correcting our problem. We would never use any other company. From scheduling of service to prompt garage door repair, our experience with Precision Overhead Garage was terrific. Repair Technician Zachery Harrison was highly professional, efficient, and personable. He called ahead prividing us with an update re our appointment, he arrived on time, and he quickly diagnosed and repaired the broken coupler on our overhead garage door opener. He even showed us the broken piece which was preventing the door from opening. He did not over sell us and/or charge us for unneeded services. As a resident of Clearwater Beach it was a nice to have a quality service at a fair price. Zachery is a wonderful frontline ambassador for the Precision Overhead Garage.

Chris, the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and also helped me replace my header board that was cracked and the wrong depth. Was fast at replacing my torsion springs and did a thorough inspection of my door and found two cracked hinges adjusted everything and was on his way.

$1325. was a sticker shock for (one) Genie garage door opener including tracking and installation. In hindsight I regret that I didn’t shop to compare. Other than the price, the service was great, and the technician was courteous and professional.

This is an update to my original review on August 2. To my surprise, I received a call from a Customer Service Manager, Alex, at Precision Doors. She kindly listened to my pricing issue and agreed that it was a communication break between what was discussed at the time of installation. Alex assured me that Precision Doors prides their company on quality products, workmanship, and fair pricing. She went on to say that customer satisfaction is very important to them, and she offered to amend the original invoice to accommodate the issue I had with pricing. I’ve never before had a company reach out to me to offer a compromise and a genuine concern of maintaining old fashion customer service. Thank you Precision Door and Alex for your fairness, quality product and service. I am a Happy Customer with 5 ?? ????????

Excellent service! Joshua arrived on schedule after calling to inform us he was on his way. He wore a mask while speaking with us, which we appreciated. Joshua was very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He evaluated the problem and also pointed out several maintenance issues that might lead to future problems. We evaluated several options he presented, and he got to work immediately and finished up in less time than expected. The door works perfectly now!

Couldn’t believe I called at 2:00 pm and Stefan arrived before 4:00. Our garage door was not opening. It had frayed wires and broken springs. Stefan was excellent. Christian Walker was phenominal! He called twenty minutes away and arrived within that time. He explained my options and costs and let me decide. Work was done within a short time. He replaced the motor, "eyes", installed a new pad to open the garage door from the iside, and installed a new keypad outside the garage for ease of entry. He was professional the entire time and a pleasure to talk with. Two years ago, Precision came to my house to take care of some issues I was concerned with. Our spring broke on the garage door, on Sunday, of all days. I had hoped to go on line and find service for the upcoming week. Surprise I found precision and not only were they open on Sunday, they had someone to my house within the hour and replaced our overhead springs!!!
