My name is Pat. I've been living in Largo for 9 years. Around that time I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace my garage door. During the past several years, I began noticing my ceiling slowly dropping. One area in particular. The garage door supports were not properly installed when I had the new garage put in. I called to report it. I must admit, I was a little harsh to the lady who answered the phone and took notes onmy complaints. Within minutes, two gentlemen cam yo my house to checkout the ceiling and knew immediately what was wrong. Their names? Bob and Travis. Within minutes I knw they were not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but they were very helpful and respectful. I apologized for my my actions on the phone. After they repaired the runner, and also offered to pay for the damages to my ceiling...What? We talked about, where they were from. Sports,Tom Brady and my past occupation, Music. I could go on and on. I want everyone to know I'm giving, not a 5 star, but a 10 star, to Precision, and their employees for their quick response. Sufficient repair. And again....Professional experience. Thank you so much guys. You made my day a perfect 10.

Garage door needed replacing. I called Precision and a tech came out next day. Bryan and I discussed different options and once the proper opener was selected he immediately set to work removing the old unit and installing the new unit. He worked efficiently and the job was completed in less than 2 1/2 hours. He even adjusted the door springs that were installed by Precision several years ago. He also reprogrammed our cars on-board opener. All the while answering any questions I presented to him. Great service Bryan!

The GFI breaker on the garage door opener motor tripped during a storm with lightning. I called the office and the friendly young lady set an appointment. The Precision "tech" arrived on time and found the tripped GFI right away. I had checked the breaker box but forgot the GFI in the wall "plug in." I was willing to pay for a service call but was told no charge for a simple fix. I will continue to use Precision for all my work. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all.

He did a great job, and even though I was one of his last stops after a long day, he was courteous, friendly, and genuinely happy to help me. I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we purchased our garage door from them. The technician arrived as expected and thoroughly evaluated the door. No specific problems were found but he re-adjusted several areas of the door hardware. He explained in detail what he had found and what he had done. The door now operates more quietly and smoothly. There was no charge for his services. I am very pleased with his analysis and his work to improve operation of the door. We were so impressed that a technician (Jeremy) was available to come the same day that we called for service. Jeremy did a complete review of our door and opener system. He found a couple of problems and also alerted us that it was the opener making the grinding sound we were hearing and it might be best for it to be replaced. Jeremy noticed that my husband, who has some mobility problems, was pruning some saw palmettos and stacking up a lot of debris. He volunteered to help him bag this debris and finished the job in less than 10 minutes - a great help to my husband. Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completely explained the process and also the operation of the new door opener. All in all an excellent experience. We have used this company in the past and have never been disappointed.

I can’t say enough to describe my satisfaction with Precision. They have and are, a FIRST CLASS operation. A five star review is truly an understatement to say the least. From the initial phone call to the mobile sales rep to job completion (including a follow up satisfaction call) and WAY BEYOND including warranty even though the reason for my knowledge of the warranty was do to operator error. If that is not enough for this review to convince you they are worthy of your business, let me say one more thing. I have had the privilege of talking to several employees of Precision and each and every one of them at some point in the conversation told me how good the company treats them all the way upto and more importantly beginning with the owner. As a retired business owner myself, this not only impressed me, it also made me look back at my career and wonder if my employees would have had the same to say about me and my company. The office staff was able to get a tech, Robert to our house within a couple hours of my call. Our broken springs were replaced quickly and for a reasonable expense.
