I am so glad I went with Precisionfor my new garage door. It is exactly what I was expecting. I chose Precision because everyone I talked to about getting a new door recommended them and I wanted a company that would be there if I needed them. Melanie the technician who came out to measure was very helpful and explained all the tings I needed to do before installation. I have an older home and needed new wiring for the opener. Robert the installer was friendly and got right to work . He did the install by himself and had it done in about 4 hours. Robert explained everything I needed to know about the door and opener and he helped me move some things back in the garage and left the work area clean before he left. This is truly a 5 star company.

Used Precision a few years ago to replace an old open/close system and strengthen the door. The "new" door was a tremendous improvement. Not only the way it worked but also the additional strength it provided. And no more racket moving up and down! The up/down switch failed-called them a 9:00, repaired at 12:30 same day. Under warranty. And the service staff-top of the line.

Hiring Precision Overhead Garage Door was a great decision. Courtney helped us pick out and design two custom doors. She was very courtesy and knowledgeable. Tyler and his team of installers arrived when they said they would and did an incredible job installing both doors. He took the time to help us program the remotes and walk us through how the system works. We are very happy and will always call Precision for our garage door needs.

Had a great experience with Precision garage door! We love our garage door ! Everyone always says how quiet it is! Well a spring broke yesterday , Precision came right out and fixed ! The tech said good news springs are covered for 7 years , ours was 6 years old. He fixed it and was set to leave. I asked “wait no charge at all? “ He said “no ma’am” . I said “not even a service call or labor fee ?” He said “ No, have a great evening” We are happy customers for sure !

I put my garage door up,backed out to leave and the door was stuck in an up position. I immediately Precision Door (the 888 #) and couldn't get an apptmt until late tomorrow - meaning I would have to sleep tonight with access to my home thru the open garage. Fortunately, I found the local # in my file from previous business with Precision and was scheduled today. Your representative came and immediately spotted the problem and within a few minutes, it was fixed. I must give special praise to this young man. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but the nicest, most courteous young man I have seen in a very long time. The whole experience with your office was great.

I would recommend this company to anybody. They did a great job my garage door was in shambles , the spring was broken , the chain was broken , Austin did the repair all within 3 1/2 hours and replace the whole system with Wi-Fi Bluetooth technology we can close the door with the local remote or with our phone with the Aladdin app he explained it very well. Give this guy a raise. If you do I’ll send “all” my doctor friends to you as well.
