The technician ( Isaiah ) arrived and checked over the garage door system at our request. The existing system was about 21 years old and appeared to have lacked maintenance. The technician showed us all the things that he felt were worn and he recommended that they should be replaced. We chose to go ahead and follow his recommendations. We had a new motor, drive belt, main springs, hinges and rollers installed and lubricated as required. The work was completed in a few hours. There was no high pressure sales involved by the technician. We are very happy with the work done and how smooth the door operates.

I picked Precision for my need because we needed a new garage door back when we first moved in here two years ago. I read reviews and they were good especially when it came to warranty work. My garage door kept acting up and wouldn’t open or close. Robert West and his partner came and tried multiple things until they finally realized the motor just was not having it. They decided to just change my opener all together. What got me was that they took the time to advise me on how to keep the longevity of my opener. This was big to me due to when I got the garage door installed I was deployed over seas, so they probably kept that in mind and took the opportunity to educate me. There are few things that upset one's day than to have a multi-hundred pound door opener spring break just when you need the door to open! One call to Precision and the lady gladly set me up with a late day appointment for after I returned home. Jordan, technician, is top shelf! Personable, professional and very knowledgeable. After explaining what needed to be done and fully explaining the prices, he gave me 3 choices removing any undue sales pressure. I purchased a new garage door and opener from Precision in September 2018 (5 months previously). I noticed the weather stripping along the top section of molding had separated from the molding. After failed attempts to caulk and glue the weather stripping back to the molding, I decided to ask Precision to make the repair. Franklin Mosely came out the next day (right on time) and replaced the molding with a new one. It took only 20 minutes and there was no charge. A very happy customer!

I won't be calling this company back for anything. Over priced and the technician that came to my house was a creep. All I wanted was a new remote for my garage door opener because the one I had was very outdated (1999). The technician was more concerned with my dog than what he was there for. He looks at my unit, didn't test it or anything and proceeded to write down on a tablet 5 different options as far as quotes for me all over $500 telling me the reason my remote didn't work is because the springs and rollers on my garage are worn down causing my remote to short. I was charged $129.95 just to get a new remote and it programmed. He was so persistent in trying to get me to get a new unit and he was so full of shit. i did end up buying the remote and it is working fine, but I will never call this company back.

Percision Garage Doors always shows up on time (sometimes early). Their reps are always polite, respectful, and very knowledgable. They evaluate what is needed with my garage door each time and then are honest about what needs to be addressed immediately and what can wait. Arnold S. was the rep who came out to fix our garage door today. He was very respectful, took his time to explain everything, showed us what needed repaired, gave us estimates, did not pressure us, and fixed the garage door. According to Angie's list the average price of a new garage door opener with installation is $300-500. Mine was $699. Unfortunately, my internet was down or I would have been able to figure out I could have replaced the same brand I had for half of the price. The opener I ended up with is Precision's own brand of which I can find no reviews at all. Despite costing much more it does not have the dual lights or motion sensor my old one had.

It's not everyday something goes wrong with your garage door or garage door equipment, but, it's nice to know you can contact a service provider with no emergency call charges (which can be very expensive). I have been using Precision Garages Door service for years, and they have yet to let me down with workmanship, warranties and most of all fair pricing. You all are great! Rebecca came out and gave me my quote. Amazed about the pricing and the savings I received. Rebecca at first told me that with the door I was requesting that there would be a 3-4 week turn around time from ordering, so with that in mind when i called to schedule I was surprised to find out the door was in stock and they could get me scheduled right away. Now day of appointment. Gerald was my technician. He called me 20 mins prior and was right on time. I was the first one that morning and with in 3 hours he had removed old door, installed new door and new opener. Quick and efficient. Both had great attitudes. Very happy I chose Precision.
