Precision was recommended to me by a family member who stated that they were courteous and extremely fair in their pricing. I found that to be the case in our repair service. Our garage door motor was over 18 years old and needed to be replaced plus the spring was in bad shape. Our technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Because we were in the midst of the Covid-19 Shelter at Home, he was very considerate to keep his distance. Everything was explained thoroughly to both my wife and my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend the company to neighbors and friends.

He performed his inspection and provided proposals with recommendations for the repair to our garage door and to prevent any future issues. Very quick service, called Thursday afternoon and had a new garage door opener by noon on Friday. No hassles, no up sell, just installed what I asked for. Paying the bill was also quite easy, they took Apple Pay! This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The new GDO is really quiet too!

We thoroughly enjoy the new garage doors and having the almost soundless openers make it a delight to show off to visitors. Just recently we started hearing a strange sound when one of doors would open. Like clockwork, I spoke with Danielle and she scheduled one of your able technicians out to take a look. Precision advertises in our Imperial Park Directory. I called them on Sunday and they came out that same day. My key pads and remotes weren't working. Shane came out after calling to make sure I was home at the appointed time and inspected my garage door. He found that the motor was over 18 years old, when opening the door it was very loud, the springs were shot because the door was so heavy to lift as well as the remotes and key pads weren't working. He gave me three options to choose from. He thoroughly explained each option and what it entailed. I chose the option that I thought would be best. He fixed it that night. I was very impressed with their response time, the professionalism of Shane and how he presented me with options to choose from. I would highly recommend Shane and Precision.
