I have been using Precision for years. I originally had a hurricane rated garage door installed and subsequently have had it serviced over the years to keep it in top condition. The technicians have always been on time, courteous and knowledgeable of their products. I wouldn’t use any other company as Precision gets it right each time!

I would not have even given a 1 star but I had to just to make the review. We had a new construction project. Percision was quick to come out but was endless promises after. I let Cristina know I was on a time crunch. Needed the quote in 2 weeks, she said she would have it to me the following day, wouldn't need that long. That never happened. I gave 4 days and asked her. She had lost ALL of our information. She again said she would have it to me that afternoon. Again she disappeared. I called the office number they said they would get a message to her. A 1.5 went by and still no Cristina. She called said 10 min that never happened. I got sick of chasing her and never following through. Went with another company.

Another Jim came out to review my old 2-door garage and to give a quote for replacement of the doors and equipment to use them. He was courteous, informative and helpful in understanding the whole replacement process. He gave alternate free quotes for the replacement. I was amazed at the set-up of their sales van. It was unique in my experience. Thank You!

Thought about DIY, but after meeting with Rebecca, I knew Precision would be my new door and opener installer. She was very informative and knowledgeable on the doors and openers, she suggested the wall mount opener and I am glad I chose it, it is whisper quiet. Very professional and friendly, from Rebecca to the installers, Tyler and Jesus. Quick and clean installation.

The bottom seal of my garage door needed replacement. The lady that answered my call was very courteous. She had a tech available the same day. The technician WayneM arrived on time, listened to what I needed repaired. He then listened to the noises my garage door made as it opened. In 45 minutes the seal was replaced and nylon rollers replaced. Great job, WayneM!! Will be happy to recommend to neighbors and friends.

Precision was precisely on point. Had an old single door garage door to literally fall off the hinges and had to make the emergency call to someone. Looked up local companies online and they came up high in the results and after reviewing the impressive website and selections I could view online, moved me to call up. Was impressed with the numerous reviews and that they share the pictures of techs and that they are background checked. Got a quick call back and estimate and easy payment to get things rectified within 1 business day.would recommend a way for customer to make payment online. Very happy. Three years ago when I called Precision to replace my old garage door with a hurricane rated door, I was so pleased that I said I could do commercials for Precision. Today, I had a minor problem that I did not know how to fix, so I called Precision for the first time since the door was installed. Bryan S. was assigned to the service call, made some minor adjustments and didn't charge me a fee. Now that's customer service! Thank you for restoring my peace of mind, Bryan!

So pleased with this company from the initial call to finish of the job. They installed my garage door about 18 years ago. Five years or so ago the door came catawampus off the track. I called Precision and they had someone out here within the hour. It was not something one person could do with the weight of the double door. Within an hour they had a total crew out here helping to fix me out of the fix. This time it was my garage door opener. It was also 18 years old. Upon inspection it turned out the the spring was sprung (it was shown to me - no wonder the door wouldn't open) plus a couple of other things. EACH of those things was pointed out to me so I could see for myself. I liked that. Decision to replace or not was mine. A new garage door, spring and a couple of other things were installed. From initial knock on the door to him finishing up after installation was 3 hours. Since I was going out of time the next day it was a lifesaver for me. Thank you Precision.
