I called Precision Garage Drs the morning after one of my door springs broke. They were able to send a repairman out the same day. Kenneth S. arrived on time and evaluated my situation and explained the recommended replacement and repairs needed. He wrote up an invoice with pricing for me to approve and said he could make all repairs on the spot. I gladly agreed because I had expected him to set up another date for the repair.
My garage door works great now and Kenneth couldn't have been more professional in our communications and his knowledge and experience for the job.
