Thank you for your excellent service. Blake is one of the best service techs I have had at my home. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my opener and discussed my options. He did not try to push a new opener but simply told me what may happen with my older equipment. He had the parts on the truck and made the repair. This is my second experience with Precision and I will definitely call again if needed.

We had a key pad installed. The technician showed up when he was scheduled, was VERY polite and informative. He gave me an estimate of what we would be needing for our garage doors and that was IT!! No high-pressure sales pitch - just professional and courteous!! Told us to call if there is anything else the company can do for us. When we need to have anything else done concerning our garage doors, Precision will certainly be the company we call.
