Mike Fanning was our tech. He did a real professional job. He explained everything we needed to know about our new Genie door opener. He set all remotes and programmed our vehicles.

Door would not close either with the remote, wall switch or app. It just made a clicking sound. Closed the door manually. Called for service, they answered within a minute. Very courteous and very helpful. She made an appointment for me. She said a technician will be coming in between a four hour window. It’s Sunday! Technician was here half an hour. Diagnose was swift and repaired done fast. Door works fine and as it should. Very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their garage door.

Mike F., the service tech who came out, was awesome! Courteous, professional, and friendly.. He gets 5 stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ??! He even helped with other parts and longer extended warranty. As far as Precision .. I won’t be recommending or using their services again. Total price gauging on garage door springs!!! $460 each! I asked several other garage door companies who would have installed them for almost 1/2 of what I paid Precision I priced the springs out and for the “upgraded” type Precision installed, and they should have been no more than $150 each. I even found the exact springs that precision used for $93 each. I was totally ripped off and taken advantage of.

The tech was to call me with a total before preforming the work, he called and gave a total price of $525.00, when job was done he then said total changed to $561.75. When asked why the price changed and he laughed and said uncle needs his as if I am stupid. The real answer he didn't want to give is that he missed quoted and was trying to cover with a failed attempt at a joke literally at my expense, my money. I feel I should get a refund for the difference of $36.75 since this was obviously a bait and switch. Didn't want to even give 2 stars but I felt obligated to do so.
