We'd researched the Linear line of door opener vs. LiftMaster -- found them to be equal in quality but lower in price. Setting up the appointment was easy, the installer arrived as scheduled and gave us a call before arriving. He kept us informed throughout the installation and did a fantastic job. Good company and service but overpriced! My garage opener door old "the board is fried" on my garage door opener and I needed a new one. Least expensive model was $599, which included $225/hour for labor. I made a big mistake agreeing to it, and he had already started when I looked on Amazon and saw I could get a 4 1/2 star rated belt-drive Chamberlain (I got the less expensive chain drive today) with Installation for $300. So I just made a bad decision! Very personable technician and prompt service (requested online service only this morning), and I used Precision for repair of my opener a few years ago, good repair at reasonable price, and I would use them again for repair, but definitely would not purchase a new opener again from Precision, only because of the extravagant part and labor cost. They did decide to give me a $50 discount and not charge tax, so I paid $550 total. Gave away $300 because I didn't stop long enough to do my research. Oh well!
