I have had several interactions with Precision, each with a good outcome. The overhead door opener they installed two years ago works like a charm. I've had a few problems with my keypad opener, but they've been very accommodating about taking care of it.The service people are efficient and pleasant, and I've never had to wait more than a few hours or a day for service. In the late afternoon of 8/3/24, Jackson, from Precision, came promptly to my home to repair my garage door. After evaluation of the problem, it was determined that a new motor needed to be installed. Jackson immediately got to work, and I now have a working garage door. Jackson was fabulous! Thank you, Precision!
