I have had several interactions with Precision, each with a good outcome. The overhead door opener they installed two years ago works like a charm. I've had a few problems with my keypad opener, but they've been very accommodating about taking care of it.The service people are efficient and pleasant, and I've never had to wait more than a few hours or a day for service. In the late afternoon of 8/3/24, Jackson, from Precision, came promptly to my home to repair my garage door. After evaluation of the problem, it was determined that a new motor needed to be installed. Jackson immediately got to work, and I now have a working garage door. Jackson was fabulous! We called Precision to get a quote on replacing the strip on the bottom of our garage door. Happy with the price and they came out the same day. Their Tech Jackson was very professional and courteous. He was also thorough checking out the door and replacing the strip. Very happy with the work. We used Precision years ago to replace a spring and they did a great job. Would definitely call again.
