Serviceman Cheney was courteous and knowledgeable answering all the questions and explaining the problems. he did a great job making all the repairs. only thing I would have liked to see is some kind of a discount since I had the original garage door installed by Precisions and it was an expensive door. I would have expected some discounts as a return customer. The repair cost of $2044.00 seems a bit expensive.
