WOW! I had an excellent experience with your company. This was the first time I had the need for your services. I appreciated the prompt response to my desperate need, as well as the expertise demonstrated by the technician(Michael Wallace. I am a single parent with 3 jobs and today found myself preparing to work a 12 hour day only to find my car was locked in the garage and the door would not work. After my phone call to your company the technician arrived 3 hours later at a time that was convenient for me, and repaired my door within about 45 minutes. The technician (Michael Wallace)was knowledgeable about your products, he was courteous, and he had a wonderful sense of humor, which helped to shed light on the situation. He promptly repaired the spring in my door and left information regarding my garage door, as well as information for follow up in case I had questions or needed additional parts and services. Overall, Precision is a great company. Seem to be able to reach them regardless of time of day that I have tried calling, including weekends, and they are always very professional from the receptionists who I have spoken with to their tech guys. Doug serviced my garage door, I had an old Genie unit and he was very informative and knowledgeable. He helped me understand exactly why I needed to replace my system (which has been on the fritz for the past several months), from the operator and track to the keypads and even the wheels and pins that I decided to replace. Moreover, Doug had my entire system replaced within 2-3 hours tops and didn't leave any mess behind or anything else to be concerned with. He also walked me through the new system including how to sync my built-in remote in my SUV and essentially everything else I needed to know. I was also pleased with their pricing, very competitive and affordable. I will most definitely use Precision again in the future if/when needed.
