My garage door was opening on its own---very unnerving. Even though it was a holiday, someone answered my call and Robert came to my home within a short amount of time. Robert was friendly and thorough. He checked out the entire system and gave me several options as to how to fix the issue. His explanations of each was concise and complete. Robert reprogrammed the remotes and double checked to make sure they were working properly. The problem appears to be corrected and I am very grateful that the repair was done so quickly. Thank you, Precision and Robert! I did purchase the electronic board for the opener but that is not one of the listed options.

Our spring broke on the garage door, on Sunday, of all days. I had hoped to go on line and find service for the upcoming week. Surprise I found precision and not only were they open on Sunday, they had someone to my house within the hour and replaced our overhead springs!!! Oh and NO additional fee for a weekend servicd call!! From the initial phone call to the completed service, to say I am impressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! Friendly, fast, and prompt!!! Precision Tech Robert Trotter installed a new PDS-800 w/7' Chain Drive. Tech Trotter was knowledgeable and professional and recommended a new system PDS-800) as the old Craftsman Opener 5hp sprocket was not repairable. Tech Trotter did a nice job.

Just has springs replaced by Robert T. from Precision. Very competent. In the process, he found a reversed roller bracket that had been causing a slight, but annoying, noise for years. Door runs smoother than ever. Great work. Easy 5 stars.

Rover arrived on expected time and when I described that the door would go up and down but would not stay down, he quickly identified the problem that the motor needed an adjustment to allow more “down” pressure.
