I was leaving town for 2 weeks when I tried to close my garage door it would not close, It was 7pm and I had to leave by 12am I called precision and explained my situation. Everyone went to work and Craig was here by 8pm discovered that the system had been deprogrammed he reprogrammed the system, the remote reprogrammed limits and sensitivity setting. HE also had reprogram the remote. He said he had never seen a system deprogrammed (stolen) and reprogrammed. Everyone did a great job. Thank you

Great customer service. Technician Craig Earle, took the time to explain what was causing the problem with the door and the action he took to correct the problem. Staff kept me informed via email, who the technician would be and provided a photo of the technician. I think that this is a very good business practice. Technician and staff (5 STARS).
