The garage door would not come down, unless I held the button until the door came all the way down. Technician was polite, explained what the problem was (sensor was obstructed, but resolved itself). Technician also lubricated the runners, because they were not lubricated in 3 years, he also explained that the runners should be lubricated often. I was not aware that the runners need to be lubricated.

The issue I had turned out to not be equipment related but the Precision Door technician that came out was great. He called before arrival and that was earlier that expected which was great. I really appreciate his promptness and courteous service. I will use them again as needed and recommemd them.

I have found the representatives of this company to be friendly and very professional! Michelle, the salesperson, was personable and knowledgeable, and answered my questions completely. She was doown-to-earth and didn’t try to hiigh-pressure sell me, just sold me exactly what I wanted after explaining what was available. Justin, the installer, was amazing! He arrived early, did a thorough and meticulous job with the install, and cleaned up to the last detail. He went above and beyond! I’ll recommend Precision every chance I get.
