Christian Walker was phenominal! He called twenty minutes away and arrived within that time. He explained my options and costs and let me decide. Work was done within a short time. He replaced the motor, "eyes", installed a new pad to open the garage door from the iside, and installed a new keypad outside the garage for ease of entry. He was professional the entire time and a pleasure to talk with. Two years ago, Precision came to my house to take care of some issues I was concerned with. I was impressed then and had no hesitation to call this time, as I knew what a great job your company provided me then. And, I won't hesitate to recommend your company in the future.

Precision was at my neighbors fixing their garage. I had him check mine, as it was getting old and needed new rollers, springs, etc. Christian A. Walker was the tech, and he was just such a nice guy. I was very pleased with Christopher the young man that came out for my initial call. We discovered that I had some issues with my springs and rollers and reprogramming my keypad and remote. He helped me synch up mynew car to the garage door as well. He was very pleasant and worked efficiently to get the job completed in a timely matter. I would definitely call for service again.

My garage door had been broken for a few weeks but I finally called Precision and they had someone out the very next day. Christian arrived early, was extremely thorough in analyzing the problem and presenting me the possible options and pricing to resolve it. I feel insanely ripped off! I was quoted $700 dollars to replace springs and bearings, and reprogramming. I was told that the springs were old and needed replacing. Being that it was a Saturday and I needed my garage door operational I moved forward with the work, even if it was overpriced. I had insulation in the garage door which literally weighed 20 lbs but the tech informed me that it would help to remove it. He then charged me an additional $189 dollars to remove it ( which probably took all of 5 minutes) and discounted my springs $189 so the cost stayed the same as quoted. Well..if he could’ve discounted my overcharged springs to begin with $189 I don’t see how removing a little insulation should cost me $189. Just feel overcharged from the start and definitely would never recommend Precision to anyone nor would I use them again. I was recommended Precision by our neighborhood Hoa Facebook page and will definitely be posting my experience there as well. Would suggest you get a quote from another company before continuing with service from Precision.

We contacted Precision when our garage door opener decided not to work. They were able to come the next day. The men who came out were very professional and were well informed on the products we needed. They were not hard hitting sales people. They just gave us our options. We ended up having them do more to the door than originally anticipated because their prices were so fair. This is the only garage door repair company I would ever use. Everyone in the company was a pleasure to work with.
