I received same day service. I believe that Chris was the young man who came. He was polite, texted 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He replaced my outside key pad opener, and I was so thankful to learn that I had a 7 year warranty. I applaud the service you provide, and the competence of your employees. Thanks you. Take care,

I have seen the Precision commercials over and over and never thought I would have Garage Door problems. Well, the main spring broke today and I like to keep my new truck safe in the garage. I called Precision and they were over within an hour. I was given detailed info as to how the problem would be solved and a quoted a fair price. The service installed was excellent and you could tell he knew what he was doing. Completed in less than 90 minutes and showed me where to spray lube he gave me. This is truly an outstanding company that gets it done the right way. Thank You!!

My exterior garage door opener stopped working. Garage access thru this door is important because this is a site we operate as an Air B&B. Service was prompt and a new opener was installed. Also, a misunderstanding was quickly corrected! Thank you:)
