I have been aware of Precision Door Service through their advertising. When we had trouble one evening with a door, we made a service call that evening and a representative arrived the next day. The Sales truck was well fitted out with catalogs, sample door finishes and fully displayed an excellent list of doors and hardware. The vehicle was an impressive display of salesmanship. Technicians arrived on time to install the door and a second technician installed a new opener next day. It is a very quiet piece of machinery, and a pleasure to open and close the door.

It was a great relief to call Precision and find out they could send a tech out to repair my inoperative garage door on the same day! Matt Cipolla called ahead of the time frame I was given and was friendly, courteous and a total professional! He explained everything clearly to me, showed me all the parts that needed replacing and gave me options for the repair, so that I could make the best decision I could afford - Who does THAT these days??? Matt from Precision does, that's who! I had seen their commercials on tv and found a discount repair coupon(sticker) on the front page of my TBT newspaper, so I saved it for future reference and was very glad I did! Matt told me that my old double wall steel garage door was still in good shape and they don't build them like that anymore. He also re-positioned and secured part of the track that wasn't flush with the wall to make it glide up and down smoother. My garage door opens and closes very quietly now - no more shake, rattle and rickety roll. I only have one suggestion: it would be great to have a Precision sticker, with their phone number, the date of service and the expiration date of the parts warranty and a recommended future service date on it (like when you get an oil change for your car) that I could put on the inside of the garage door. Thank you, Matt and thank you Precision!

This was our first time using Precision Door Service. Our garage door is well over 20 years old and last month a spring broke. We knew of Precision Door's great reputation from Angie's List, we called them and a technician came out within the hour to assess the condition of the door. The door was so old that parts were no longer available. We now have a new 2-car garage door with new hardware and new motor and it looks and works great. We did notice that one side of the door made more noise than the other, so we called yesterday and this morning a technician came out at 7:30 and quickly adjusted the door and lubricated the springs, etc. He was very professional and was in and out in less than 15 minutes so that I could get to work. The office staff is friendly and very professional and I would recommend Precision Door to my friends and neighbors.
