Wayne, the technician, arrived in the time window described, and did a thorough assessment of my issues. He was also very honest in his discussion of my options, allowing me time to consider the options available to me. The work was done very well and in a timely manner. Tech was on time, pleasant, fixed problem I had as well as found another and fixed what would have been a problem later. Only thing I noticed, after he left, was the left door that he replaced the chain gear on does not completely close all the way. It is up about a half inch unless I go over and push it down with my foot. I have problems with mice entering garage as I store trash cans there and they will easily find their way in if I don’t remember to push it all the way with my foot. It would be nice if someone would come back and adjust it out but Indo not want to incur another visit charge.

Had a great experience with Precision garage door! We love our garage door ! Everyone always says how quiet it is! Well a spring broke yesterday , Precision came right out and fixed ! The tech said good news springs are covered for 7 years , ours was 6 years old. He fixed it and was set to leave. I asked “wait no charge at all? “ He said “no ma’am” . I said “not even a service call or labor fee ?” He said “ No, have a great evening” We are happy customers for sure !

The bottom seal of my garage door needed replacement. The lady that answered my call was very courteous. She had a tech available the same day. The technician WayneM arrived on time, listened to what I needed repaired. He then listened to the noises my garage door made as it opened.
