My garage door was opening on its own---very unnerving. Even though it was a holiday, someone answered my call and Robert came to my home within a short amount of time. Robert was friendly and thorough. He checked out the entire system and gave me several options as to how to fix the issue. His explanations of each was concise and complete. Robert reprogrammed the remotes and double checked to make sure they were working properly. The problem appears to be corrected and I am very grateful that the repair was done so quickly. Thank you, Precision and Robert! I did purchase the electronic board for the opener but that is not one of the listed options.
