They came out and two guys spend 2 hrs chasing down the problem. They determined what the problem is, but was outside their ability to fix it. Not their fault. The techs were very good & courteous and obviously knew what they were doing---but--the girl on the phone that I made the appointment with didn't come close to giving me an accurate quote--left out the surcharge, the $49.95, the springs estimate was wrong and didn't include bearing cost---so this cost was over twice what I expected. Other than that---ok

I was so pleased with the work that was performed by the service technician Keith. He was very nice and personable. He explained the service to repair the rollers and understood my situation with preparing the house for a sale next year and my crazy travel schedule for work. When he recommended the additional repairs for the springs and bearing assembly I had no problem to accept the recommendation. He explained that the garage door mechanisms in the current condition would not have passed inspection. The door works super smooth and almost silent now.
